I ordered a bacon egg cheese on a plain bagel and received a bagel with no bacon. They offered to remake it and this is what was delivered. I can’t even eat it , it’s completely burnt. I had high expectations for this place. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered a New Yorker It was missing the bacon, the roastbeef tasted terrible had a creamcheese flavor never have I tasted something like that. Threw the hero out. Thank god I wasn't far from home jst made it. Tmi multiple trips required.
The quality has changed dramatically over the last few months with today being the worse. The Kaiser rolls and hero’s rolls are not what they use to serve and the hero roll was the worst. The bacon egg and cheese is no longer the best. It’s ok at best. Will not be going back.
