Excellent food and service. Noise level compounded by live band make it a miserable experience.

Seafood was overcooked but overall decent food. Good beer. Little too loud and crowded the night we dined in. Don't expect to have a conversation without a significant amount of yelling.

n the last 4 weeks I celebrated 2 birthdays at Vincent’s. Actually, now 1. This time around I had a 730 pm reservation for 7 people. We arrived 725pm. Of course it was packed with people. Well 745pm came, 8pm came and went. We are still standing there in the isle, blocking traffic, over people’s tables. There is no place to wait.My wife asked about our table and Rob the so called manger, begins to lecture her about how we screwed him up by going from 7 to 6 people. (Really 1 person matters that much. You’re not splitting the atom here Rob. Your seating people in a restaurant) so, apparently he made a choice and seated a party of 7 at the bar and let us stand there with my 85 year old mom to boot. This loser Rob, then tells us he’s working hard and my wife needs to understand, he’s trying to help. Help who? We are getting yelled at by this idiot. So, after 55 minutes and no table in sight. I had enough. We walked out and left. We went down the block to Maggios Italian restaurant. They seated us immediately. They were friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding.Vincent’s doesn’t get it. Part of the dining experience is the atmosphere and ability to enjoy your family at the gathering. You can not hear anything. The sound is loud, the tables are on top of each other. The lanes between tables are jammed with people waiting to be seated. I will tell you I have eaten here many times. The food is very good. But trust me. It’s not worth it. The fire marshal should be made aware of the dangerous conditions that exist there every night. Overcrowding, exits blocked by people waiting.Lastly, Rob should be fired. I’m sure the regulars get a kick out of his attitude. But he is truly a ****** you fill in the blank. He’s lucky that unlike him, I have some class and morals. Otherwise he would have been picking his teeth up from off the floor.

This is my second time going to this restaurant and while the food is great and our waiter (the first time) was phenomenal, beware that the manager who handles seating, is quite frankly rude and disrespectful. My first experience he yelled at my 27 year old sister while we tried to accommodate where we sat for my 85 year old grandmother who cannot hear. We got past the experience due to our waiter. This time after an hour of waiting for our reservation, he decided to yell at my 60 year old mother and let her know he “made a choice” not to seat us because our party size changed from 6 to 7. Continued to get in her face and yell. For a man to yell at women not once but twice is absolutely disrespectful. Furthermore for him to admit he made us stand there for an hour and who knows for how much longer, when we had a reservation and then admit it was due to his choice? This is not how to run a restaurant or how to treat people.

Title: Fantastic Experience Celebrating Husband's 40th Birthday at Vincent's Clam BarI recently had the pleasure of celebrating my husband's 40th birthday at Vincent's Clam Bar and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish! To begin with, reserving a table a week in advance was a breeze. I even had to call in to let them know we would be running late, and they were incredibly accommodating and understanding.Upon arrival, I presented the staff with a cake and cupcakes for my husband's special day, and they were more than happy to accommodate our request to bring them out after our meal.We started our meal with some appetizers, including the famous jumbo garlic knot which was absolutely delicious, and the mozzarella sticks which were just right. Our main courses included pepperoni pizza, French fries, chicken parm, fettuccine alfredo, penne a la vodka with grilled shrimps - and everything was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond by singing Happy Birthday to my husband and even took the time to cut the cake for us. We also gifted some of the staff cupcakes and the restaurant manager Danny a piece of cake, which they truly appreciated. One of the floor managers, who we had a blast with and discovered was from the Bronx like us, added an extra touch of fun to the evening. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic, and the experience was truly unforgettable. We will definitely be celebrating here again in the future! A big shoutout to our amazing waiter Chris for his exceptional service - he did a heck of a job! Thank you, Vincent's Clam Bar, for making my husband's birthday celebration so special. We can't wait to return! ?? #VincentClamBar #BirthdayCelebration #AmazingExperience #GreatFood #OutstandingService #ReturningCustomers

It give’s Italian family love. The personality of the staff to how they greet you with food at the door while you wait. The potions are only comparable to what your loving grandmother would give you, they are so huge. The options of sauces and pasta are amazing. I loved the giant garlic knot and the fried ravioli for appetizers. The chicken Panzanella was to died for, I literally cant wait to go back just for that. My family had chicken Alfredo and chicken parm. All the options were great. The lemon drops are some of the best I ever had. There’s tons of parking, the wait wasn’t too long, and yeah you just have to visit!Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping center so the parking is free and plenty.

We had a reservation for 2 to celebrate our wedding anniversary on a very busy Sunday. The restaurant was filled to capacity when we arrived and I thought there might be a bit of a wait, but Vincent's is so on top of everything, it wasn't more than a few minutes before our table was ready. Nick, our waiter, was the tops. We had our drinks and appetizers in no time, prepared exactly as Nick described. He read the table and made suggestions for us as if we'd been guests there a hundred times before. The food, of course, was amazing. My husband had the Lobster Kiss (when you see it you'll know why they named it so) and I the fried calamari with pasta and red sauce. We had to save room for dessert. We shared Tiramisu and were each gifted with a "taste" of chocolate mouse, I think because of our anniversary. Portions are immense without compromising quality. The clientele are lively, and the staff attentive and on point. We will be back again, no doubt. Very highly recommend!

Although the food is always great . I witnessed the most disgusting customer service tonight . A guy and his family had been waiting to be seated for almost two hours he approached the manger to ask how much longer the wait time was , the manager stated that he was the one running the “show” and he should know about the wait times cause he’s eaten there in the past . This poor guy told him if his staff would have told him it was going to be over 2 hours long he wouldn’t have waited and then he just got nasty with him . I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism . It was really disgusting to witness .
