Over priced.

For the amount of money you spend the portions are not worth it. I was walking to my car and thought they forgot my wedge, so I looked in the bag and there it was...my point is I've been elsewhere and you knew that the wedge had weight to it because it was made the right with a lot of meat

This is the cleanest, tastiest, friendliest, deli in Carmel. We go there roughly every 2 weeks and we always make a point of stopping at Carmel Bagel. A little gem that most people miss is their pineapple cream cheese spread. Omg I'm in heaven every time I get it. Don't deny till you try it lol

Kid-friendliness: They are always so kind when children come in. Always lots of smiles and kind words from the whole staff.

I’ve been going here since I was little only one employee does their job correctly. I asked for a turkey sandwich on a roll. I got a sub with stale bread, zero turkey and very minimal lettuce and one slice of tomato which still has its leaf/stem thing. Paying over $13 dollars for such a disappointing sandwich is crazy. I’m very disappointed.

Very welcoming staff to someone visiting for the first time. Service was quick and the bagels couldn't be more fresh.

Haven't tried the bagels alone but I have had sandwiches here. Great price for good homemade sandwiches. Plenty of grocery items to look at as well as what looks to be homemade pastries. Staff are friendly and quick.

Bagels were fresh and delicious. I ordered an everything bagel and hubby ordered a pumpernickel.
Place was nice and clean. Friendly service. Very reasonably priced. What more can you want? Will go back & try their lunch. Sandwiches listed on the board sounded very appetizing ?

Great menu with wide product variety, too (fridges are stacked and lots of snacks and baked goods). I would like to point out that my friend picked up a Pepsi can from the refrigerators and we saw it was manufactured in Canada and had better ingredients than the US cans (sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup). Not sure if it’s an intentional choice or a permanent thing, but we appreciated it!!!

The Jack Sparrow may be the best bacon egg and cheese I’ve ever had. I’m from NYC, so that’s saying something. And the egg/everything bagels - YUM!

This place used to be good years ago, back in like 2005 or so. Too many Spanish people are running this business, and they don’t speak any English whatsoever. I don’t know about regular New Yorkers but that’s frustrating and complicated. The amount of times, me and my boyfriend have shown up there and they don’t have our order ready. How many times I’ve called them and ask them for something that they’ve told me they have had and then I end up going there and they told me they don’t have it. They don’t have good communication skills and I’ve had to repeat myself many times on the phone due to language barriers. Their food isn’t that good and I honestly would not suggest anyone to go back there.
