This is suppose to be mint chocolate chip. It should be called mint ice cream. 2 whole 3mm chips in the entire sundae. This place used to be good. Not anymore. Since the husband and wife have taken over this place it has gone downhill. It’s not even cheap. I can no longer support this place. There are other ice cream parlors around that are much better. Don’t even waste your money at this business. They do not hold the standard that carvel is known for

carvel is great when you want a soft serve ice cream but now a large cup is $8.00 with sprinkles. The last two times I have gone to this location they barely put ice cream in the cup. Going to Scoops N More they flip it to the top of the lid. Just a little cheap by the owner

Just tried to eat some cookie dough ice cream we got to go…I took one bite and had to throw it away. There were giant chunks of ice in it. It tasted like it had melted and then had been refrozen. Never have I ever had to throw ice cream away. $16 down the drain.

Price keeps changing either each order once for a specialty cake its $35.00 than another time they add a $5.00 charge. Owner had a horrible business disposition. They are horrible.

I’m not sure what’s going on but this place is horrible. It’s actually terrible. I recently purchased a small wet walnut sundae and a medium mint with strawberry topping. They rip you off with the amount of scoops of ice cream. The medium was 1 full scoop and barely half of another. The small had more ice cream than the medium. The total for the 2 was $15.00 and change. Don’t waste your money. I’m going to start going to the local ice cream place in lake Carmel. At least you get what you paid for. How is the store even still in business. Just terrible. If you see a older guy working just turn back around and don’t waste your money
Weird that they have people working here who can’t write a simple Happy Birthday on a cake. Looks like a 6 year old wrote this. If you are not confident writing in cursive, please don’t. She forgot lines through letters and didn’t dot any of the i’s. It’s just not pretty.

Called in an order here and was bitched out by the man on the phone bc he didnt believe they were actually going to be picked up....I let him know we were reliable and he said "it happens to me" and when my friend got there to pick them up he hadnt even started making them bc he didnt think anyone was coming. never going here again
