Im not one to write reviews but the majority of the staff has been consistently rude, orders made wrong multiple times. Not worth it, there's a dunkin every 10 minutes, skip this one.

If you want burnt sandwiches this is the place to go kids! All 3 of our egg sandwiches were burnt to a crisp like they cooked them over a campfire. But the drinks were not burnt and tasted good.

Went to this Dunkin Donuts this afternoon. Normally, this is our favorite morning Dunkin’ Donuts to go to. As the staff is perfect “always on point” And “always shows that they’re working hard because they take pride in their job”. The afternoon staff has more and more lately been questionable. Today, only two people working and it was dead inside and out. Yesterday my husband Went to the another Dunkin’ Donuts and got a coffee he really enjoyed. I took a photo of the coffee so I can get it for him today. Went to this Dunkin’ Donuts again this is normally our favorite one. I Ask the girl if they had this coffee offer here, i showed her a picture of the coffee, line by line how it was made. She said she can make it. So I ordered two. These are not the same coffees. Again, this Dunkin’ Donuts the morning staff is the best, the afternoon is always questionable or disappointing. Today was a disappointment again. The coffee photo #4428 was what we thought we were ordering again today #3083 is not the same coffee☹️😔

Avoid this Dunkin.
Service is abysmal. Drive thru times are amazingly slow.
We usually place our order ahead of time, and still end up waiting an absurd amount of time for what amounts to flavored hot water.
Today we placed an order for 12 specific donuts....they came close to getting the order right after a 5 minute drive thru wait, and them asking me twice what my order was.
Id rather chew broken glass then buy from here ever again.

Overall great staff and service. There is however one staff that is very rude, speaks too softly thru the drive thru and aggressively gives you your order. Everyone else is great!

Well yesterday I went to get breakfast. There was 6 cars ahead of me in drive thru so I figured I'll head inside. It wasn't busy inside and I placed my order. Apparently I must be a mirage because the 2 guys that ordered after me got their stuff before I did. I must wear the best camouflage ever because I was completely ignored and dismissed. I only ordered omeltte bites that was it. The lack of service shows me the lack of skills in management. I can't wait for the other one on route 6 to open back up. They atleast know how to treat their customers with integrity. I wouldn't go back to this place even if you paid me a million dollars.

Honestly, the service here has severely declined. Staffs attitude is disgusting and unpleasant. Blonde girl threw our online order onto the counter, nearly spilling our drink. Got home to see our order completely wrong. Drove all the way back only to have our sandwiches redone very sloppy like there was zero care. Heard the girls in the back complain "why do we have to redo these?" Never coming here again and neither is my family. Rather make the drive to the Mahopac location.

Omg the ladies working the night shift are amazing!! I was craving apple flavored donuts and ordered through doordash for pickup and received an error, i was distraught and they were so kind to me! Wish i had gotten their names but they were so sweet and helped resolved the issue. Thanks a ton!!
Cashier was super friendly. Blonde in the back w the tight jeans gives you an attitude. Not very nice. Coffee tastes the same

So I come into the store at 4:15pm on a Friday. I come in because I want specific donuts. I stand there, and stand there, no one acknowledges me. I stand some more and then walk out. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience I will never come back to this location. There are plenty of others.

A very small place with not many choices. The bathroom was dirty and my croissants with sausage were sloppy .
Parking: Parking was a little difficult because of the time. It was lunch hour. School is across the street.

ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUSWE decided to go to dunkin and order 12 donuts, and my uncle though he forgot to place an order and they said they didn't get anything labeled "Wayne" and so we ordered a Chocolate chunk cookie, a coffee, and a dozen donuts they didn't have any Chocolate Chunk up front, so we asked, and luckily they are always prepared and got us a cookie YAY!! :) So we left and ate the donuts and my uncle drank his coffee here is the donuts I tried when we got home and rated them.Brownie batter dounut: 9.6/10 it has a nice heart shape and tasted really awsome.Watermelon Burst: 8.2/10 the powder tasted like watermelon pop rocks but without the pop.Boston cream: 7.9/10 really creamy and liked the heart shape
