The morning staff here.. Maddie, Nick, Vincent, Arielle, and Sol are amazing. Non stop, quick, polite, friendly and an amazing team. The inside is kept clean, bathrooms have always been spotless.. (mens anyways) and the staff that are not helping to get the orders out are cleaning. Best DD in NY and the surrounding areas IMHO.

Go there when I'm running late for work and staff is efficient and usually pretty nice to me. I like the sausage egg and cheese croissant toasted and their ice tea is good too

Complete s*** $3 for bacon and i got 3 measley pieces that were burnt im very disappointed with this quality the brewster one is better these people dont take their job seriously if im getting this garbage they should be ashamed

Drive thru closes when they please, not at 9 when it is supposed to. Went by at 845pm one night and at 750pm another night on my way to the airport and they were closed. Mornings are somewhat better but they take forever to get your order.

99% of the time this Dunkin' Donuts gets their orders wrong! My daughter placed an order via the app. She meant to place it for a Chai Latte but accidentally placed it for a regular Latte and didn't realize it until she sipped it. I brought it back and asked the manager/ owner could he please replace it with a Chai Latte? He said, "I made this order and I know it's NOT MY MISTAKE". I said, "why doesn't that matter at this point? She accidentally ordered it wrong, she can't drink coffee". He said, "if you want me to make a new one you have to pace for it." I said, " as many times as I have come here and had to turn back around because my order was wrong and I have Not gained anything from that not even an apology and one time I mess up I should pay for it? Why can't you do the right thing for your customer?" He would not budge. It wasn't until we went back and forth and the customer line began to grow that he decided to change it at no cost. As he made the drink, customers on the line were telling me I was right, and how the staff here always has an attitude if they have to correct an order- it's the worse Dunkin' in the area. I made a formal complaint to customer service, and they said, it's a franchise, but will escalate the complaint. Unfortunately, I'm sure it won't make it a better establishment. They really should just close all together.
