Before I went there I saw that others described it as a hidden gem. When I arrived I saw a sad, ugly shed but I gave it a chance and got my order. A hidden gem is exactly how I would describe this place. The food is delicious, portions are large enough to feed 2 ppl or you can get leftovers for lunch the next day. I just recently moved back to NY from TX and was so excited for this - and I was not disappointed! Excellent and reasonably priced food. Quick preparation and very kind staff / owners. Felt like the authentic experience I remember from when I was growing up. Definitely a take out joint though, so may not be the choice for you if you’re looking to dine in!

I read about the hardworking couple from the reviews. Very true.
The lady at the counter was very friendly and when I asked for seafood dishes next time, she suggested Shrimp with Broccoli.
I got the Scallops and Shrimp over Garlic Sauce and it was quite delicious!
