Why is it every time my husband goes to KFC. They always forget to give us all our food. I tell my husband check the bags. He constantly has to send them back to give him food. Nice way to rip people off and make that money

Worst KFC I've been to. One chicken sandwich was undercooked to the point that the breading was still wet. The chicken at this location is consistently gross. Tried to use a halloween deal in the app at 9:00pm and it said they're closed. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 10:00pm.
Other KFCs are awesome and the food is usually great. I won't even bother coming back here.

I was very disappointed to learn that the tips left by customers for the excellent customer service do not go to the workers. Instead, the manager’s wife keeps all the tips for herself. To me, that constitutes theft, and therefore, I cannot, in good conscience, leave a positive review. When the manager’s wife stops stealing the tips from the workers who earned them, I will update this review to reflect the excellent service and cleanliness of this establishment.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Last year I came to this location about 4 times and the 4 times we were always missing something! Yesterday I was in a rush didn’t check AND we were missing 8 nuggets. They were on the receipt.🫠
While I appreciate KFC and their attempts to stay innovative and dare I say “modern,” I really think they’re new products have made them less reputable. I personally love KFC for their fried chicken, extra crispy of course, but the prices have become outrageous. If I go I usually only wind up getting a 3 or 4 piece meal, but even then I’m paying $12+.It’s a shame that KFC no longer serves potato wedges. I feel like the sides is where they skimp on the quality the most. Today I ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich and while I appreciate the hot chicken, the sandwich barely had any sauce or pickles. I also can’t understand how a $4.99 sandwich and a small soda wound up being $8 and change.Regardless, I have good memories of eating KFC growing up. It’s nice that they’re still around when fried chicken joints are really losing their relevance.Generally, this KFC isn’t too bad in terms of speed, but larger orders can have you sitting in the drive thru for a while. The plaza is also a mess because most coming from the CVS side disregard the traffic flow.Again, while not my favorite fast food chain, it is nice to stop by every once in a while and get a decent remnant of a hot meal.

I don't know what happens with this place, whenever we buy takeout we are surprised that something is missing from the order, the employees should be able to pay close attention to the orders, it is stressful having to go back and ask for what I am missing.
