Well I think when it comes to making sure there is enough food supply they lack in. They did try to charge extra because what we ordered they didn't have. We werent told until we got to the window to pay. We changed it for something else. They seem to not care in some aspects. We asked for sauce and they just said ok and never gave it. I like the food but the workers deter me from wanting to go there again.

Individual Sides cost over $3 now? I'm trying to order from the menu and the cashier doesn't understand what I'm asking for and overcharging me by ringing it up a la carte. I don't think I've ever paid the same price ordering the same menu item.

While I appreciate KFC and their attempts to stay innovative and dare I say “modern,” I really think they’re new products have made them less reputable. I personally love KFC for their fried chicken, extra crispy of course, but the prices have become outrageous. If I go I usually only wind up getting a 3 or 4 piece meal, but even then I’m paying $12+.It’s a shame that KFC no longer serves potato wedges. I feel like the sides is where they skimp on the quality the most....
