My favorite Starbucks by far! Everyone is friendly and they always seem to be hustling. The store is always clean. I don't know how these kids do it, even when they're swamped with people/orders! Great work guys! Thanks :) <3

I can't live without my Starbucks.. Hazelnut was on point. They had it not to milky. That is important. A good start of the day

On Christmas Day my family and I were refused service. We waited on line. The person infront of us had their order taken. We were told that we will not be served because it was 2:02 . So we walked into the store at 2pm. Waited on line. And refused service when it was our turn. Terrible policy and customer service.

This is an extremely well-run local Starbucks. I've never had an issue with wait time.

I usually don’t write negative reviews but this one stung a little. I ordered in a reasonable time…I got to Starbucks within a reasonable amount of time. I waited 3-4 mins one item of 2 I had. The frustration came in when the barista asked me my order yet did not fulfill it (5 mins after I arrived)..she did 3 and still not my order. Now I'm upset…as I notified them I’m leaving and you tell me the 3rd barista that came on board 4 mins after you asked me my order was working on my order. At that point I have reached the level of disappointment and feel slightly racial ignored. It was filled with Caucasian patrons. I was the only African American in the building. You have to do better Starbucks in Carmel it is necessary !

I always use mobile ordering and usually come in the evening. As others have mentioned, it takes a while to get your drink. Whatever time the app tells you the drinks will be ready, just add 5 min, even if it's not busy. They don't seem to start making your drink until they see you walking over to mobile pickup. The staff is friendly and the place is usually clean. Just don't go here if you are in a rush

I was really disappointed because one of the drinks I normally get just didn’t taste the same at all. I could barely taste the espresso—it was more like drinking hot chocolate instead.

If I could give this location more stars I would. I come to this location multiple times a week and everybody is so unbelievably kind and heartfelt! I've loved that they started writing such kind messages on the cups, it always brightens my day!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Waited for 17 minutes for a drink while employees chatted among themselves and ignored the line of customers. The employees do not care about their job and probably shouldn’t be working here anymore,l

I used to come to this Starbucks every week during work for years. Mobile orders were never an issue, quick in and out. In the last year the service is horrible, even if you mobile order 15-20 minutes ahead you are still waiting for ONE DRINK. I am unsure if management changed hands but it has been awful. I avoid this Starbucks, I’ve changed my commute to get to Fishkill or Danbury Starbucks before I come to this one. Came yesterday just to see if things improved, one coffee took 24 minutes to make.

I come in the morning to make my order and I find it ridiculous that it takes the one female barista almost 15 minutes to make me 2 EASY DRINKS. Normally the others baristas can consistently do it in under 10 minutes.

Absolutely friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to! Roomiest too! And the green tea matcha latte was deLISH! I usually try to remain as keto as possible, but I know I can't always get away with it at Starbucks if I want something tastey. I think the girl at the register could tell b/c i asked for the fattiest creamer they had. She then made sure I knew that there was a sweetener in the drink which I very much appreciated. I also left my wallet in the restroom and a person brought it to their attention. They called me and I went back to retrieve it. Lots of unexpected wonderfulness, which renews my faith in human beings!!!
