If you have nothing to do all day then by all means go to Starbucks it feels like your waiting for your row to be called when boarding a flight

The worse Starbucks! I was in line for 15 minutes so when my time comes the guy tell me is a 30 minutes wait for a coffee. And the lady with pink hair and crocked teeth makes the most disgusting drinks ever!!!

Sad about how this location has changed. Only reason to pay for over priced coffee / drinks is if it comes with a great experience. Unfortunately this location has changed to cold and transactional. Hadn't been here for a while, went there at the end of the day for a coffee and to read a book for 30 mins. Hard chairs (why would I stay longer than 5 min), employees socializing with friends, no music. I guess the business model is to prioritize online orders. Oh well.

Very rude customer service, all employees are rude no matter how nice you are. Drinks are never full to the top of the cup. They are always out of food or drinks. The place is always dirty. Do not recommend coming here at all.

Why do you wait in line to get a coffee you can make at home in 1 minute for FREE. $8.79 + Tax for a freaking ice glagacheeno! Double U tee EFF!

Every Starbucks store should have a barista like Patrick in Carmel, NY. Patrick is courteous, helpful, patient and full of energy. He should train all new employees.

I’m happy to see this location on a positive upswing again. A girlfriend and I have been frequenting this location for years for weekly coffee and when it comes to a big chain store like Starbucks, the management is really key. Patrick runs a tight ship and it’s refreshing to see a manager dedicated to customer service again. While I do enjoy this location, it doesn’t seem to have aged as well as other Starbucks in the NY and CT area. The bar certainly isn’t large enough for the influx of orders and the seating leaves little to be desired. Bistro style tables and a massive table in the center of the restaurant just seem wasteful when seating is always hard to come by. And I can’t help but think that some design tweaks would alter this store from “good” to “great.”If you’re in the area and don’t mind a location without a drive thru, definitely stop in. The customer service is really the best thing this store has going for it.

Patrick is the best!!!!! His energy is so welcoming and he’s so very nice to us every time we are there. I also have observed his interactions with other customers as well and he’s so kind and welcoming to everyone. Not gonna lie I sometimes just come here for Patrick’s energy because it always makes me smile.

Wanted to give a shout out to Patrick for showing the kind of customer service that's become all too rare. When I first walked up to check if my drink was on the counter, Patrick asked what my name was and when I told him, despite not being the one working the hot drink station, he knew mine hadn't been made yet. As I stepped back to wait, a group of teens walked in and started looking through the orders and again Patrick asked one of them, who was not finding her's, what her name was. When she told him he helped her locate it. She did not thank him, which is an example of the lack of civility people have which Patrick is fighting bravely against. ? As I left, I made sure to tell Patrick he was awesome. I hope that made up for the other person's rudeness and gave him some fuel for that wonderful positivity the world needs more of, and this Starbucks is a better place for having.
