Good afternoon. My name is Michael McDonald and i am a fire commissioner in the town of Carmel. I drove by today and noticed the traffic was all the way back to the light on 52 and parked my car at the gas station and walked in to speak to someone. I asked if it was possible that you can do in House dining sooner rather than later because the traffic is becoming a dangerous issue outside and was told that the traffic wasn't their issue.
