I will never go to this horrible place again. Not only do they lie but they discriminate by the way people dress. My husband ordered food and they said 25 minutes. I went to go get the food and the woman said oh no sorry 10 more minutes. Then she said you no pay me now. So I paid and I went out and came back in 10 minutes and the food still wasn't ready. Funny thing is other people that came after me got their food and paid when they got it. I will never order from this place again. She was so quick to take my money but not quick to give me my food. Almost an hour later I finally got my food. I would rather see the place be demolished then order food from there again.i wouldn't come here again if I was on fire and they were my hope for life.

Ordered take out, specifically spicy tuna. Wasnāt spicy at all and tasted like plain mush. Couldnāt finish it. Was really craving Izumi but they were closed. Next time will wait, save your money.

We came in tonight after trying to eat at a different local Asian fusion spot and being disappointed with the level of service we were about to receive. We were met with the friendliest wait staff at Toro. We ordered soups, entrees and sushi and it was all a 10/10! Great people and great food.. canāt wait to go back, wonāt go elsewhere from now on!

My only critique of Toro is its expensive. That said youre guaranteed some of the highest quality fish money can buy. Food is always consistent and fresh. You can tell looking at the salmon which is fresh and oily. Staff are friendly and food doesn't take too long. I highly recommend Toro when looking for a high quality sushi spot. I havent been here for chinese

I eat here every visit to Carmel. It's easily among the best Chinese food and sushi I've ever experienced in the U.S. There are not many dining options of this quality in the region. And they are open on Christmas Eve.

Iāve been a customer of Toros for many years. Weāve been very satisfied with everything. The food is really good, service is great and the atmosphere is nice. I ordered take out last night and the food was better than before! The wonton soup was amazing. The dough was very tender and the soup was tasty. The chicken and broccoli was great the sauce very tasty but not overpowering! And I can always count on the house fried rice which was amazing.
