The service was terrible, after getting my order wrong which is fine and happens.
She argued with me and snatched the food out of my hand causing my drink to spill inside the car.
She was rude, unprofessional, and most of all had no sense of customer service.
Terrible experience
They never get your Oder right at the drive in. I’m done with this McDonald’s. McDonald’s contacted me. And took care of the situation. Good job McDonald’s

The most wonderful ladies/ workers serve everybody with a smile, Ana,Sesia,Maria,Joseline and others are a precious gift to the name of McDonald's. Great workers and great people.

Great staff and clean..
It’s McDonald’s, you know how the food is.. but the service has DECLINED I’ve been going here for years my most recent trips has been awful, they don’t say hi or thank you have nice day, they don’t even speak to you when you go to pay, they just reach for your Credit card, no one is training these people on GOOD customer service It’s absolutely disgusting and just seems like a very hostile environment.

This was easily the most unsettling McDonald's I’ve ever walked into. I’m thankful I ordered through the app as there’s no way I would’ve felt comfortable placing an order in person. The atmosphere was chaotic, with many homeless individuals both outside and inside. One man sat shirtless at a table, using his shirt to stop bleeding from his head. It felt surreal and deeply concerning.
When I approached the counter, the cashier, who seemed to be a manager, dismissively said “not ready” and then got into an argument with another customer who had been waiting for fresh fries. The manager walked away mid-conversation, leaving the situation unresolved.
Then, a young employee stepped up with kindness and professionalism. She let me know my order was ready but insisted on remaking the milkshake and fries since they’d been sitting out. Her calm demeanor and genuine smile were a bright spot in an otherwise tense experience.
She’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 0. Her compassion made all the difference.
I don't really like McDonald's and it's not very good for you. But if you must, this is a good location
