The food was cold, and they forgot to add my sons cheese burger to his kids' meal. Service was horrible as there really is no person to go to to order they have the kiosk , and 2 our of the 4 of them were not working. The other downside of service is that there is a language barrier, as it is hard to understand the person behind the registration when they finally decide to come to the front of the store after waiting a long time. This us McDonald's it's supposed to be fast food. I didn't order much of it and didn't expect to wait 25 min to Then get cold missing food. The atmosphere was dull, boring nothing to it, and it has no character. It's now just a big empty space with a few tables. Tables even though there were no people at the time sitting were dirty. I know it's McDonald's and it's not suppose to be a 5star restaurant. But it should be a efficient run place that is Family/kid friendly and it definitely doesn't seem like a fun night out or even a special treat kinda place. The wait was too long and the place itself has zero character to make it a place to being your kids for a treat.
