Never consistent with the taste of the drinks and I get the same order every time. Food is decent but the morning time is terrible I would only go in the afternoon.

They are always extremely slow here, you're lucky if you only have to wait 15mins in the drive through. I waited 15mins just to get to the speaker when there were only 2 cars ahead of me, then another 5 minutes at the speaker before I said hello and then was told I would be helped shortly, another almost 5mins before being talked to again. I did mobile order online, part of the order was 4 sour cream donuts and 2 Boston cream...they gave me 2 sour cream, 3 Boston cream, and one glazed...$9 for 6 donuts is pretty expensive to not get what you ordered.

I will never go back to this location. I asked for NO EGG on a breakfast sandwich, it was printed NO EGG on the RECEIPT and they still put it on my sandwich. They also overcharged me: I ordered 1 2pc stuffed bagel minis and they charged me for 2 and only gave me 1. Smh. Do better. I bet my chai latte had regular milk instead of almond milk like I asked as well.

Staff is extremely slow. While I was waiting for my food, two ladies on the line were chatting away while prepping, my food in one hand, spatula in the other. Poor guy at the window just rolled his eyes and shrugged. Probably couldn't say anything as one looked like a manager. My food was cold. Unacceptable behavior. Please talk about your dates at home. Topic was embarassing as well... By far the worst drive through I have ever experienced.

Im absolutely appalled by how much the service and quality of the food has gone down the toilet. I came in the other day and stood in the lobby for almost 40 minutes waiting for a single coffee. Yes it was busy but seriously. I ended telling them that i would come back for it because the refund failed and i had an appointment to get to. The donuts absolutely are terrible now. They used to be good but now they are always dry because they are sooooo skimpy with the frosting. Like it barely covers the top of the donuts. If i wanted a plain donut i would have ordered one. But every time i ordered say a headlight or a boston cream the frosting barely covers half the donut. Like come on. And the service is horrid. They dont evem acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter. If ylur making a coffee when i come in thats okay, but at least say something like "hey ill be right with you". Nope its like you dont exist even if they stare right at you. Overall the place, service and food could use an upgrade.
