I have to go here because its the only coffee shop with a brown sugar coffee. They are always rude. I order pickup with doordash and the girl said they usually come inside for doordash. This was my personal order not someone else's. Then on the app it wouldn't let me order the coffee I normally get so I ordered something similar & it looked completely wrong. Same girl argued that creamer would fix it. I order a latte they did a regular coffee. She argued with me that creamer would fix it. Coming from Texas I'm highly disappointed!

The weekend staff is absolutely horrible!!! Next time you're having a LACK of food or so called machine issue why not tell your customers first or temporarily lock the door with a note!!!! Do not wait till someone places a order, then you tell them you don't have any bread but bagels. Sit 10 minutes at drive thru window before you're even acknowledged, take my money 29.10 than come back with how you are out of something else I ordered (egg bites) absolutely ridiculous. Now I'm late for work and pissed because you can't acknowledge your customers. You gained $30 and I got no food in return!!!

They are all over the place. I waited 13 minutes in drive thru. I can see people just standing around. Most of the employees are rude and annoyed. One lady is very kind I believe its Carmen.

Ordered an iced coffee with light ice. I received a 3/4 full cup in return. What??? I didn’t pay only 75% of the price. Why am I being cheated out of the full drink I ordered? Employees have been instructed to tell people that ask for light ice “we won’t fill your cup to the top”.
This is obviously coming from the owner or management in an attempt to ensure they can shortchange people of the full drink they paid for. Sleazy.
