Just stopped in to eat half a sub …. Unfortunately the manager was there yelling and threatening the staff like they are be low her and she’s gonna write everyone up …. And to top it off she’s doing it her kid in the dining room unattended…… i have never seen such piss poor management in my life …..

I ate lunch there with a friend of mine. While the young guy with a black beard was making my sub, he reached into his pants pockets with his plastic gloves on and got out his car keys and handed them over the counter to a blonde haired girl, and then continued making my sub.

Rudest and nastiest attitude of the people working here. Will not be going back. Barely walked through the door “what do you want” and slamming everything as well as just being nasty all together.

As someone who’s worked in customer service for 20+ years I understand when a customer walks in an hour before close BUT to roll your eyes and have an attitude is unacceptable. It’s not a good look and the person working right now has an incredibly disrespectful attitude. Not sure if Cora had a bad day but regardless it’s not cute. I would give zero stars if I could SOLEY based on her service.

You have a boy working hear that shouldn’t be around food at all
He continually has a very disgusting appearance with long dirty hair hanging out all over and filthy clothes He was fired from Jreck subs for the same complaint. I for one just turn around and leave if he’s working. Now to be fair he is a pleasant person and could be a solid employee if he was taught about appearances Hygiene and professional standards As a retailer I will tell you that customers make a decision about a person and a business before ever speaking to the person in front of them and weather or not they want to patronize your business

Only one person on shift right now. People that work coming in for their online orders put in an hour earlier to find out that they are not ready yet. No manager or anyone to help. This girl needs a raise.

If I could give zero stars I would. I work locally and this spot messes up orders constantly. The sandwich is almost never as ordered and this time missing cookies as well. Tried to talk to someone at the register and was ignored while they continued on with others. The girls here always rude, This was my last visit to this terrible establishment

If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. Did online order and when went to pickup the worker informed they had no turkey and that they left message on phone. I never received a call so told them what to replace instead of turkey. Got home and 1 the sub roll was burnt and dry. 2 never replaced turkey with Xtra ham. Called Carthage New York subway for refund and worker stated I never told them to add more meat in place of turkey. Bull face liars. Will never go back. Last time they ran out of lettuce, bacon, and provolone cheese. Threw the one sub in trash due to being so dry and mostly lettuce. On top of it all they were subway series subs and never got the Xtra meat and cheese. Poor poor place. Need to shut it down. Plus pretzel was hard and dry. Auntie Annie you would be so disappointed to see how they are ruining your brand

Waited for over an hr after I was told I had to use the app to make an order then got there and they tell me they are out of lettuce and some bread ....so who is ordering the shipping they need there pay dropped back to minimum wages back in the 90s 2.75 hr then they will realize it's a part time job n ok t a career I will never come back and oh ya I have to wait for a refund now I'm calling corporate office they need to start closing these stores and others like them.
