This is specifically the tim hortons in cassadaga. Every morning I go their, and every single morning they make me wait when I'm the only customer. Sometimes I see 1 more person. They do it on purpose to keep me away from the window so their numbers look better. Then, most of the workers are just rude and look angry. They make you late for work, and act like you're an asshole because they have to work.

Deeply disappointed with the franchise owner. I frequent the Cassadaga location nearly every single day and today 's visit at the drive-through was extremely unpleasant. An employee was weed whacking on top of the order box furthermore, The owner was operating his zero turn mower with blade shooting out towards my vehicle, shooting rocks, grass, dirt and debris. After running through the car wash, I have noticed heavy scratches in my door that we weren't there before visiting the drive-through today Tim Hortons, you are better than this

There are 4 Timmy Ho's on RT 60 between Dunkirk and Jamestown. This is the best of the lot. The staff are generally much friendlier, and the food and drinks are always out promptly. In fact, I'll go so far as to say that it's the best out of any in WNY. Having been to so many Timmy Ho's from Buffalo to Canada, I can tell you there's only three things that really matter for this review: Getting the food right every time; Friendliness; and Speed. Cassadaga location gets all three right everytime.
The food was amazing! Today I had a Canadian maple donut, a double egg sausage cheese on a bagel and a strawberry fusion. The donut was perfectly made with lots of cream filling inside, the bagel sandwich was very filling but had a great taste to every component. The redbull strawberry fusion was a great refreshing drink for after the donut and sandwich. Tim Hortons has always been a favorite and never disappoints. The staff was very nice and friendly with fast service as well.

People working at the newly opened 2 horns. That's been awesome every time i've been. They're friendly. They work hard and they get the food and drinks out quickly. The things I've ordered have been made correctly and ready to go. They're a great addition to a small town.
