It would be more convenient to keep the sugar and subs where ppl can get it themselves, esp when it is busy. Yelling at someone from the kitchen wasn't necessary either.

Thee worst dunkin , long wait times at the drive thru. Its no better inside. Understaffed and alot of employee turnover. Stay away from this place. Unless you wanna wait 20 mins for a coffee. Even more if you want food....

Absolutely no excuse for how slow they are saw 3 customers walk away then , I was next in line and had to walk away after 20 mins of zombie like work ethic from the employees
Waited 20 minutes and we were the first car in line. We didn't get a chance to order. We were just told to hold on. We will never go to the Castle creek dunkin again. Stick with whitney point or front st.

ALWAYS messes up my order, not sure how difficult it is to remember 2 donuts. Can’t follow simple mobile order directions. The employees a rude when you tell them your missing items. Such a hassle. Can’t wait for the Whitney Point Dunkin to open back up.
