I drove 1:15 minutes from ethica just to enjoy a meal, online it says that it’s open 24/7 but the second I walked in and asked the store clerk if it would be possible to make me a sandwich, he said we are closed and the owner would get mad and wasn’t willing to make me a sandwich disregarding the fact that it says it’s open 24/7 now it’s another hour and change back to the hotel. Really disappointed in the false advertisement in hours open

It is NOT the employees who are deciding to close at 10 pm. If they are scheduled until 10 pm they have a right to leave at 10 pm. The hours of operation are in no way decided by employees it is a corporate issue and while it may be frustrating I urge people to consider who is really responsible.

We went here because it was advertised as open 24 hours in various places. We were told rudely that it was not open and perhaps we would like to order a pre-wrapped sandwich. The sandwiches were not fresh looking at all. We were disappointed all around.

Edit: genuinely surprised I’m receiving my order. Thank you to whoever decided to make it and to the driver that is dropping it off.
I placed an order, and based of what other reviews are saying, it says open 24 hours but employees decide to close at 10, so if I don’t receive my food I’m going to be really upset because there is no option to cancel it. If y’all don’t stay open for 24h then please change it.

Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Store
Unfortunately, my recent visit to this store was a letdown. The food was subpar, and it was clear that the staff lacked attention to detail and proper training in food preparation. What's more concerning was the careless attitude and arrogance displayed by the associates. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve food quality, staff training, and customer service. Until then, I would advise others to avoid this store.

I don't care atmosphere so much but they're very nice employees and helpfulMostly I visit store and for coffee and diesel.Late time sandwiches ready always fresh made.
I would like to thank this sub way again for saving me money because there never open .. the hours on the website state this is a 24 hour sub way... hahahah.. has an open sign on and it's not open the times I have actually got severed here it took 10 minutes just to be waited on with no line.. I'd like to know the amount of money being lost due to how it's ran

Probably my favorite roadside eatery. Always dependable in serving good subs with lots of choices. Eating areas inside gas stations are less reliable, although this one was clean and neat.

The staff was alright the woman who made my sub was extremely rude she gave us such an attitude. There where flies going through the meat and veggies and no one on the team cared. We bought two subs one grilled chicken sub and a veggie sub. The veggie sub was alright while the grilled chicken sub was over baked the bread became so hard the whole sub was falling apart. Over all would highly not recommend this place.
