Very, very rude employees. They ignore you, throw and slam food on the counter and if you mention you're a delivery driver they instantly give you attitude. I get it's a location in a gas station but if the employees aren't equipped for customer service, they should seek different jobs. All the management staff should be replaced with competent managers.

It’s almost like they hire illiterate people anything you order either on the app or in the drive-through they seem to mess up management needs to do something about this
Dunkin app had a glitch when I tried to reload $8. My money was deducted from my bank account and apparently it vanished in the Dunkin app with no trace of what happened to this $8 reload. When I tried to place a order it said insufficient funds when there was supposed to be $8 (enough to cover the purchase). They practically took the $8 and I contacted customer service and they refused to correct the situation by giving back the $8 (not even on a gift card). Customer shouldn't have to pay for the company's app glitch. Bad Business practice= lost a customer.

Drive thru service is slower than molasses !! Its absolutely ridiculous
Order was completely wrong forgot to give us all the food we ordered and my coffee is so watered down from the melted ice with no caramel sweetener, ridiculous

Went through drive through. Was never greet when taking order by male voice. I order a large hot coffee extra extra extra light. Never asked how many creams. Went to window to pick up waited 5 mins. Older women ( with bad teeth) came to window I asked if coffee was very light ,light, ect. She said when you placed order did you say how many creams I said no. She said "Well" there's 6 creams. I said not light enough. She was extremely rude. I said it's ok never mind. She snap back well go somewhere else . I drove off. I will never ever do business with this place . Awful staff.

Got there a little later in the day so the selection of doughnuts was a little limited but either way they still had what I like. All day was feeling … bleh, but as I approached the counter I was greeted with a warm welcome by a woman named Jennifer. Not many people actually genuinely care about what what’s going on in a random persons life so it was very nice and polite of her to take the time and actually see how I wasdoing.. I don’t normally come to Dunkin often but after that experience I will be absolutely showing face more often and I pray to god that Jennifer gets a promotion or even just a raise because she definitely deserves it. -tall will

Best Dunkin in the area they are nice and the food and coffee is really good I went to other Dunkin’s in the area and this one they make it right and good I recommend this

spent seven dollars on a large latte asked for oat milk there was no oat milk. my coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee it taste like caramel milk it’s absolutely disgusting, staff were friendly at least.
