The worst dunkin in the area. Dont know why I keep giving this place a chance, and it never fails , order is wrong, employees get upset when you tell them the order is wrong and then they rather give you a refund then correct the order. Better off taking the extra trip to the next dunkin. Customer service at its worst.

On 11/30/25 at 4:12 we went to the drive thru to order coffee in our way home. The person that took our order was a complete disaster, extremely rude, her lack of manners was outstanding. She should not be working with clients.

Walked in around 2pm Monday 10/13/25. 5 workers there. 2 seemed to be on break sitting at table, saw me, and went right back to there phones. That leaves 3 behind counter, not one acknowledged me for at least 3 minutes. All I needed was a hello when I walked and someone to say we will be right with you. Just no customer service. I asked the 2 girls sitting down if anyone is working the counter and their response was, should be! I love DD but lately the service is terrible at most including this stop. Can a true manager of the store teach these kids proper customer service. It’s getting Crazy and frustrating. Terrible place to stop today. They all looked disheveled in their uniforms as well. Looked like they could care less about working there

Went inside to order, as drive thru was very slow. Only ordered coffee, which was good, but 5 miles down the road, our cup holders had a lot of coffee in them, as both cups were leaking! Very disappointed that no one knew this before we left the restaurant!

Missed half my food when I got home . Bagels were stale . They don’t cook the Snackin bacon . Watch out for the Crater in the parking lot. I continue to go to this Dunkin because I live by it. It never gets better. Every time is terrible.

These are supposed to be loaded hashbrowns, The sadest looking dunkin food I get is always from this location. Half of the time the items are wrong. Also ordered a bagel that was supposed to be toasted(it wasn’t) but it so hard I couldn’t even get the first bite down. Tasted like a week old bagel. Never had a problem with any other dunkin but consistently let down and shafted every time I go to this location. Get better

At least the staff here are nice, everything else left a lot to be desired. Out of medium cups, out of oat milk, out of strawberry dragon fruit...it's a Friday afternoon in the middle of the summer, someone has logistics issues. Also, seems like only one employee was actually working, with two others (one was dressed in street clothes, but cam from behind the counter) sitting. So staffing issues too? Oh, and the bathroom was DISGUSTING. Maybe it was a bad day (week?).
Keep going. $4.31 for a lg coffee. Get on I-90, get off Miller Rd. That Dunkin is almost .75 cent cheaper. Same thing goes for the Dunkin on Rt 20 across from bowling alley. The 3 Dunkins on rt 4 all the way to Troy and Rensselaer are .75 cheaper. They think because Amazon is around corner they can Jack it up. Price gouging here. Just so you all know. A med coffee, dam there fills a large cup. Try it.

drove in and parked a person in the driveup yelled that the lobby was closed you have to use the drive through so i turned around and went to the drive through there was a car at the window we waited 5 minutes and she continued to just talk to the driver i beeped my horn the person in the window just looked at us so we blacked up and left the PERSON in the window yelled by now, someone should let that PERSON know to do it's job and take care of customers, not just BS with her boy, girl freend
