Will most likely get your order wrong. In such a rush to take your order while in drive thru that they don't listen at all. The Boston Creme donuts are always upside down in the bag - so all the chocolate is on the bag. They have no care about the quality of the food or the accuracy. Horrible management.
For the 2 years that I have lived in this area, this Dunkin has very high and unusual wait times; easily triple the average in the area. There must be some software in corporate alarming away at the ineffiency of this location. Latte machine is often broken as if 40% of the orders don't contain a latte... clean house. Start over.

$6.36 for a large iced americano is insane, I especially when you can go to another dunkin location and pay $4.50 for the same drink.
