Went inside to order, as drive thru was very slow. Only ordered coffee, which was good, but 5 miles down the road, our cup holders had a lot of coffee in them, as both cups were leaking! Very disappointed that no one knew this before we left the restaurant!

Order the sandwich hot chocolate and four donuts pay for the whole thing there are no donuts in the bag told them young man at the register Where's the donuts oh we don't have any donuts but you charge me for him I know that's because that's how it works with gift card off app, I didn't prepay, I paid at the store he knew they didn't have the donuts instead of adjusting the price he charged me for them anyway horrible customer service

Don't get me wrong. I'm here almost every morning. So I give repeat business. But this building is inconsistent. There a small number of employees who are efficient and do a great job. Then there's the kids that keep getting hired. It's a shame because no one in their right mind would go full time. Pay ain't worth it. Sign of the times

Parking: Seems like they bought the land before taking into account traffic. Parking lot a hazard when filling
