The women who work over there need to learn how to talk or treat with coustmers never go to this subway also zero in hygiene avoid this subway but the pilot employes are good

Charged me double claimed it was a foot long sandwich even showed me what a 6 inch looked like but he cut it in half
It's ether he made the sandwich wrong or he didnt give me a foot long worth of stuff I seen what he did I will not return
I get this sandwich at subways all the time and I commented on how small it was
What i got was foot long of flat bread 6 inch worth of insides and he wasted all the rest of the bread by doing it side ways

We're tourist from canada precisely Quebec , i didn't appreciate the bad behavior of two employees , a woman and a gold teeth guy i was humiliated because I don't speak English fluently and they have no patient for clients and they start joking.
The first time we went there the girl with glasses bigger white girl refused to toast tuna and provolone on an Italian herbs and cheese cause she said it would make the kitchen smell. My girlfriend got into a major arguement over this and the manager got involved and finally just did what was ordered. The second time I tried going back like maybe it was just that girl can’t be that bad. The man black guy bald head and gold tooth forgot the cookies I paid for. And wasn’t a problem I went back in with my receipt and he tried telling me nah I put them in there I don’t forget this that and the third and I asked him bet then check the cameras and get a manager right now I bet him 20$ for 3$ cookies that if I was wrong and cookies got put in the bag I woulda paid him 20$ no problem. He refused to check the cameras and said here you go and I left. I don’t understand why things are an arguement here and why the atmosphere is negative. Like if these people at this subway don’t like their jobs quit. If the manager can’t handle these employees and properly train them on customer service then the manager needs to be retrained. Someone should look into this store I’m sure I’m not the first incident.

Ordered but double bacon and all the guy behind the counter did was split the single bacon slices and call it double. Should’ve checked before I left.

I was checking out the menu when the server abruptly told me I needed to speak up if I was going to order, though I clearly wasn’t ready yet, and I let him know.
When we got to the register, I asked if the sandwich came as a meal, and he seemed annoyed, saying I was supposed to mention that earlier. In my experience, that’s usually something they ask at the register anyway.
Between the attitude and lack of basic courtesy, I just paid for the sandwich and left it at that.
If you’re not into rude service, you might want to skip this spot.

Honestly, don’t expect much. I went in to get the breakfast combo, which was listed on the menu for around $8.59 — no problem. I ordered a 6-inch egg, ham, and cheese. The man at the counter asked if I wanted cookies or chips, and I said I’d take a cookie if it came with the combo. I assumed I was getting orange juice with it, but he chuckled and said, “Orange Fanta.”
Long story short, he rings me up, and the total comes out to $14.34 — almost double the price shown on the menu. I asked why the price was so different, and he chuckled again and said, “Oh, we don’t have the other part of the menu up,” then just said “sorry” and walked away to help other customers, leaving me standing at the register.
I normally don’t write reviews, but if there’s one thing I’m sure of, it’s that I won’t be coming back ever ever ever.
It's subway can't expect much but it's decent for when on the go and want something quick herb n cheese bread is my favorite
I was told we closed on Friday 3:44 pm ,…. Ordering small wrap…was told I can’t wrap a small one get a big one ….ok i will ….want rotisserie chicken….was told which one …by the Menu ….I want to build it myself i said….she told me NO you cant ……you can order only by the menu on wall …its “new corporate “ thing she said …..that is subway seriously 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤣rude teenage girl that can’t even make a sandwich
$14 sub and could only eat 2 bites as the meat was slimy and everything tasted very old.

If I could put zero stars I would. The way this manager (young african american man without a name tag) spoke to his customers. To every customer he served he was rude, argumentative, and condescending. I myself or the other customers should not have to be spoken to this way just to order a sub. The restaurant was clean and the other lady working there was nice to her customers.

And the subway is expensive
The ugly black lady with the glasses seemed very irritated and not patient mind you I never go to Subway. She rushed me and asked me. Did I need anything else but didn’t want to make the thing I asked her for.
