We waited 2 hours for our food. We ordered 2 fried mac and cheese ball plates, and one plate of fried pickles. We received the fried mac and cheese bites still frozen in the middle and did not get the fried pickles until we reminded our server. Our food (when it eventually came) was fine. Our server was very apologetic but management was not willing to do more than comp us for our apps.

Just left this restaurant, after waiting 2 hours to get our food. The waitress, while nice, didn't check to see why our food was taking so long. Our ticket was lost so our food was never started. One of the apps we ordered didn't come out, and the Mac and cheese balls we were served were frozen in the center. The rest of the food was medicore at best, some of it questionable at worst. Management was uncaring and unhelpful, taking the appetizers off the bill (although one plate was inedible anyway) and offering nothing else. Save yourself some time and just get the fast food in the area instead

Will never go back. Food was not up to par from what it used to be, very loud, rude service.
We dined here last week with family friends. This was my first time, the rest were frequent diners there. This is old school, wonderful, diner food. Firefly, the place is immaculate. The choices are typical of diners, vast. The burgers are the size of your face (now that's old school), the fries were crispy, and my husband had his first Monte Cristo, which he enjoyed immensely. The lunch salad sized chef salads were huge, and the prices were very reasonable. Our server was incredible and even though our very large group was there till nearly closing time, the staff never tried to push us out. They were kind and courteous. It was wonderful. We will be back on our next trip up there.

From the moment we sat down we felt an unwelcoming presence. A bus lady was very rude when my coworker spilled water. She came over to the table with a bucket and just started slamming everything from the table inside of it. She didn’t say hello, not excuse me, nothing. Huffing and puffing with an attitude. She did this with every table she cleaned up. Made it very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The waitress Lisa was extremely disrespectful and must have something against African Americans because she loudly and rudely told my coworker to get out of the restaurant because she had her own food with her due to allergy reasons! She wasn’t even going to allow our water bottles inside. I don’t want their faucet water, I want my filtered water. She is very very rude, she should not be working customer service at ALL! She put us all in a very awkward situation, and not to mention when we left and went to complain, she had the nerve to start arguing with us while we were speaking to a manager while she was on the clock! Uncalled for! Needless to say she didn’t get a tip. Nasty lady!

I was racially profiled today at this establishment by a waitress named Lisa she was very rude and disrespectful so much so that the manager of the business came to me to apologize for her. I was with a group of coworkers and after I was told to leave the building she apologized to them but doubled down on her misjudgment upon seeing my face after disrespecting me.
