Had to bring back my veal parmigiana twice. They did try to make it right and the manager did apologizeMaybe it was their style cooking with veal but I did not like it. We have been here before and loved it but this time it just was not right. The salad was delicious and the service was great. We will try again soon

I feel bad for the servers… We made reservations and were excited to celebrate a special occasion. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks, we should have left then. It ended up taking over 2 hrs to receive our entrees and only after we threaten to leave (after looking at other reviews this seems common). I understand it’s hard to get workers and some waiting should be expected but as someone who has worked in restaurants this went well beyond what is acceptable. I felt like my patience and good will were taken advantage of, it seems like it’s the burden of their customers to deal with the mis-management of the establishment. Not once did any owner/manager address the wait, in fact most of the staff was hidden. Thank you to our waitress who was apologetic but clearly overwhelmed. We hope they can turn things around but be warned.

We are never disappointed when we visit this quaint restaurant. The food has always been awesomely delicious. The wait staff is always very attentive and polite and the owner always greets us with a cheery attitude and a warm smile. If you’re ever in the neighborhood stop in. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

What a night! Couldn't have asked for a better experience in a sweet water side town. We felt taken care of and the personal table side touch of service was even better than the food. Top marks, all around.

The food is superb. The service is incredible. The ambiance feels cozy and traditional italian vibes. One big note: No matter what salad you order ALWAYS ask for the house dressing. You'd be a fool otherwise. My go to is the chicken formagio, the bolognese pasta, and the chicken parm. Literally everything is great. The ice box cake ia the way to go for dessert. They really care about making their patrons happy and coming back. This is my go to every Monday night.

I’ve heard amazing things about this place for years and had been once myself in the past, so our experience last night was pretty upsetting. We booked a reservation for 7 for NYE. The atmosphere is kind of dark and old, Christmas lights were hung all around, would have been nice if they were on. The waitress was a young girl, she was nice and did try her best, but didnt seem to have much knowledge about things on the menu/drinks. No drink menu, and the waitress couldn’t tell us what kind of beer there was (could have asked someone if she didn’t know) The water they give us very warm, no ice. I ordered the surf and turf. The mashed potato’s tasted like the powdered instant kind, and the steak literally had no seasoning on it. It was like it was taken from a package and just thrown right into a pan. The sauce on the pasta dishes was watery. The bread was so hard, it was hard to bite into it, and the butter they give you is nearly frozen. Our entire group was unhappy with their entrees. I would say the best part of my experience was the dill salad dressing which doesn’t say much seeing as our bill was almost $400. Not the quality food or service they have had in the past. Another turnoff for me was the dirty bathroom covered in cobwebs which definitely should be cleaned. I didn’t want to write a negative review, but feel maybe it will help the restaurant out knowing the things customers are unhappy about.
