I was there almost 30 minutes before they closed. Should've been enough time to make one sandwhich. And they refused my service. You guys can't make one sandwhich in 30 minutes? Total joke.

The worker at the counter asked for the name on the order while finishing our subs. Looked us in the eye as they put the subs in one bag, then took them out and put them in ours. I should've checked the order before leaving, because of course they gave us the wrong order. The subs they gave us were also so sloppily made. Bad experience, makes me never want to go back.

If we could give a zero for our experience this evening, we would. The server was hard to understand One of the grinders was asked to be toasted once before adding the turkey and again after adding turkey and cheese it never got toasted at all Felt like it had half the turkey it was supposed to have and there was no extra cheese We had also ordered a meatball grinder that looks like it was made for a child. There was so a few meatballs on it. We will not be returning to the subway what a shame Also, for these two crappy grinders, we paid over $26 That is atrocious and this particular subway offers no deals no rewards no nothing They should be vetoed out

Subway in Catskill gives you a skinny ass sub compared to the surrounding subways. Barely any chicken on it and I ordered some cookies and they gave me the wrong cookies.

My recent visit to Subway was what I'd describe as a standard experience. The cashier seemed a bit distant, not overly friendly but efficient enough in taking my order. The restaurant, while moderately clean, didn't particularly stand out in terms of its cleanliness but was acceptable for a quick meal.

The food was good, not the best. Place seemed pretty clean. My problem was I ordered a flat bread..the one guy made asked if I wanted toasted we said lightly ( before putting anything on it) The other guy made the other flat bread ( with ham and cheese) He didn't ask if we wanted it toasted. Took the liberty to toast with ham and cheese, so it was basically was a melt. ( This was for my 7 year old.) When I told the guy my son wouldn't eat it like that, he pretty much argued with me that all flat breads need to be toasted. Well, they don't need to be! Also, I didn't want to make it a melt. He should have toasted it before putting the food on it. Needless to say, I paid 50 for 4 subs, and my 7 year old refused to eat his! I don't believe customers are always right as I work in service also. But to argue with me over how my 7 year old will eat his food. No! This guy had me so mad, and if my other son age 10 wasn't with me, I would have told him about himself.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve never had food poisoning so bad in my entire life. All the meat looked old and I decided to go for the tuna that looked pretty normal, the girl put it on the sandwich like she was making an abstract painting because she barely even spread it. I also ordered double bacon which she only have me 6 strips of instead of 8 and I was charged for 8. The tuna must’ve been expired or have parasites/ bacteria in it. I almost ended up in the hospital and Ive been in and out of the bathroom and sleeping with my garbage can for two days now. NEVER AGAIN. Cheap owner, rude and lazy workers, I’m all set. Plus, $15 for a tuna sub???? Goodbye ?

Placed an order online, 3 subs, 4 cookies. Placed the order and the app won't let you make modifications - ok, fine. I called into the place and waited for the phone to ring for about 2-3 mins, heard them pick the phone up and set it down and waited another 5-6 minutes until I hung up. Asked my father next to me what the deal was and he said yes, they do that every time they set the phone down and don't answer. I show up, ask the lady to add drinks to my order and she says they can't add to the order because it was processed. I didn't bring cash or card because usually at places they can modify the order. I told her that's why I called you guys and waited 9 mins on the phone and she just said they were busy in a snappy tone. I find out that 2 of the subs were substituted from cheesy Italian to normal italian, and 2 of the oatmeal raisin cookies were substituted to chocolate chip. Great, I'm glad it takes them longer than 8-9 mins to get to a phone they left on the table. I'm sure they will tell their boss that they were busy and an excuse to give poor customer service and create issues like this. I would have told them a different bread than normal Italian, and would have known to bring another method of payment as well for what we called for. Will be calling corporate on this one, this is a poor excuse of effort.
