I have ordered 2 days in a row on the Taco Bell app from this location. I have the easiest taco in the world. Just meat and cheese. When I ordered yesterday my taco was loaded with lettuce when I checked 3 times that I marked “ no lettuce “ in the app. Then today. It happened again. They need workers who can comprehend orders .

Went there for breakfast at 9 and had a worker yell at me drive through that was just walking into Taco Bell saying “not open” and I said that online it’s says they are open. And she goes on to say they changed the hours of operation as she’s walking in. They should fix it online if they are going to change the hours and not be rude with telling people they are closed. Also they lock the lobby or close the drive through randomly during the day other times I have been there.

You’re better off driving the extra distance. This Taco Bell has been terrible since opening and it’s gone downhill even further. I got food poisoning last time I got food from here and a friend got raw chicken and others also got upset stomachs. Wouldn’t even risk it anymore.

Terrible experience. I’m here for work and came to grab a bite to eat dining area was closed at 12pm which I didn’t understand why but whatever. Went to drive through and sat there for 15mins waiting behind other cars and no one was being helped. I left and came back about 5-10mins later to find they threw out my order despite fast food protocols saying you’re not supposed to do that for a certain amount of time. A female came on the speaker and nastily said to just pull around and get my food. I’m allergic to cheese so when I open my burrito and see cheese I had to throw it out again. The kids there were smirking and not even working properly or wearing the uniform properly. This place needs better management and new employees. Absolutely ridiculous
There were 3 kids working this location and zero adults. The poor kids had to close the lobby and the drive through and focus only on online orders. My partner and I were the last in store order. One of the kids explained that they had called their manager several times and could not get ahold of her. The kids did their best in this situation, and should be commended. They were not the problem.

The young idiot that took my order which I made sure to shut off my engine and I spoke to him clearly at the window rather than even at the speaker decided to take my order down as two beef burritos and I don't know what the taco was I didn't even bother to check when I had ordered two bean burritos and a crispy potato soft taco. I am a vegetarian and when I took the first bite of the first burrito I almost puked! The little idiot that had a smirk on his face I think he thought he did something funny! The young lady was sympathetic and tried to help but they young idiot that took the order needs to be fired immediately
