Discovered this place yesterday (don't go often to Catskill) and I thought it was great! I got the make your own salad, which had lots of options - all very fresh. And the chipotle ranch dressing is EXCELLENT!!!!! Paired my salad with a bag of onion potato chips and was very happy!! I'll definitely go back.
I like the salad bar place. When they first opened everyone seemed to be very attentive and acknowledging you when entering the store.
Lately it has been down the hill with the greeting
The owner is an exception-he does greet you everyone else usually ask me if i am ready to order when i have been waiting for them to finish whatever they are doing 🤷♀️

Delicious and fresh ingredients. Lots of options for salad combos recommended by the house or customize and build your own. I'm a fan of the mandarin chicken salad. We'll be back soon!
