Order a Baconator no ketchup no mayo. Received a sad looking cheese burger no bacon. Brought it back. They put 2 tiny pieces of bacon on it. Definitely not a baconator. Suppose to have 6 slices of bacon. So returned my whole order. Catskill will be better off when this Wendy's turns into a Indian food restaurant like the one in Hudson did.

Typical fast food experience with the best burgers in that genre. The Catskill restaurant excelled at service. They were not only fast but accurate as well.

Went to the drive thru and wanted to order a large baconator without a drink since I already had one. Was told I couldnt get it without a drink so I said fine give me a dr pepper. I get to the window and grab my food and get told have a good day and drive off realizing I never got my drink anyways.

9:15pm on a Thursday evening and the doors are locked. They're in there, but I guess they don't want business.

It’s hard to tell if an establishment is open when they turn all the lights off on the parking lot almost two hours before they close
I’m kind of surprised that Wendy’s would run out of dark sodas. The sprite they served did not taste right either. The burger was good.
I don’t I will stop at this location again. It’s a shame too because this is a brand new location.

Did a mobile order from the parking lot, because from past experience the workers at night in the window are extremely rude. Tonight I get my food (a chicken wrap and cheese fries) and my wrap is thrown together super sloppy, not wrapped up and thrown in the bag without even the foil covering securing it together. It was all over the bag, my cheese fries had all the cheese in one single corner and you can tell they were old and stale.
I’m a DoorDash driver and we as drivers are supposed to prioritize as most important. Extremely low with customer service, never gets greeted when arrived, staff rather sit in the back and talk. U literally have to yell to get ANY service. Drivers literally have to wait 10-25 mins for their orders and it give them bad marks and goes against their late deliveries.

Picked up in restaurant, ordered on phone. Didn't get my French fries, had to go back to get them. Ordered baked potato, sour cream and chive. No sour cream!!! Sandwiches were very good!

Today was my third attempt visiting the restaurant. That is normally overwhelmingly packed. I went inside. I placed my order because the drive through is wrapped around in building as usual. I ordered a simple #1. After 3 customers that ordered after me got thier orders I left. It seems very disorganized. Unfortunately I will not try for a 4th time. Do better Dave

There biggie menu is wrong. Food was ok it was put together quickly that the food wasent hot and put together so messy it was hard to eat. Very clean and nice staff.

Ordered uber eats, wrong sandwich, wrong soda. I am a diabetic and the full sugar soda could have killed me.
Went inside for lunch service was quick and it was not a busy time the place is decorated nicely
