Went to the drive thru and wanted to order a large baconator without a drink since I already had one. Was told I couldnt get it without a drink so I said fine give me a dr pepper. I get to the window and grab my food and get told have a good day and drive off realizing I never got my drink anyways.
Picked up in restaurant, ordered on phone. Didn't get my French fries, had to go back to get them. Ordered baked potato, sour cream and chive. No sour cream!!! Sandwiches were very good!
I understand all the frustration people are directing at the new Wendy's in Catskill, but my experience was totally the opposite. I did not go in the first week because it was insane. But I went for lunch last week and it was great. The line was moving, food was good (chili cheese baked potato and saucy nuggets) and most of the flavors in the drink dispenser were functioning.
