I place my order online. 2 sandwiches and then 6 fresh bagels to go. Told it will be ready in 10 mins. Arrive to pick up my order. Place is not busy by any means. 2 other people there eating. Wait another 15 mins inside. So 25 mins total for basically 2 bagel sandwiches. Unreal. Sad because the bagels are delicious

Seriously the best! I come from NH where we have Einstein and The Works Cafe which are 5/5 10/10 best places to get bagels. Cazenovia Bagel beats them both with their cozy cafe with all the basics and then some!

Friendly young staff who always give service with a smile. Superior fresh bagels, amazing sandwiches, and cold brew coffee I would travel for. Also if you like flavored cream cheese their house made flavors are plentiful and better then store bought.

It’s been 55 minutes and counting and I am still waiting on an order I placed for 7 breakfast bagel sandwiches. I’ve never waited so long in my life for food—let alone something as simple and easy as a bagel sandwich. It’s a shame because the food is decent but the service is the slowest service I have ever experienced in my life. It’s not worth the wait—just go to Dunkin next time.

The new owner Dawn has single handedly ruined this business that was an amazing establishment. Since her ownership she has fired employees for ZERO reasons via text STATING "Thank you for being willing to work with me but I am letting you go!", while the rest quit immediately due to her abusive behaviors towards them and her blatant disrespect to the customers. Dawn has replaced the well established quality ingredients (local included) for a much more processed and lower quality. The butter that was used for a bagel that I bought a week ago was completely rancid and needed to be remade without butter. She uses her UNGLOVED hand to reach into the food containers and touches the customers food with said hand.

Updated 6/22/24. When I went to checkout for my food with a credit card there was no option to just pay without a tip. They had to press the custom button and put in 0 % then I could check out. Very disappointing they are trying to force you to tip. Not sure if I'll be going anymore which is unfortunate as I liked it a lot. Maybe the new management is just getting things worked out. Also cofee tastes different for some reson. Will update if things change.

They have some great bagels, Sundried Tomato is my go-to, but don't pass on the Emergy Wheat Bagel with Peanut Butter!Get a cup of Recess Coffee while you are there, you won't be disappointed.
