Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with 1 car ahead of me. This has happened multiple times. Orders are always incorrectly served or cold by the time you get to the window.

Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes with many people behind me and no one talking over the speaker. I finally said hello trying to figure out what was going on and the worker was extremely rude so I ended up leaving after wasting my time waiting. This isn’t my first bad experience here either.

Poor customer service skills, the workers are extremely rude and miserable. They talk to customers with no respect, roll their eyes, make faces and act as if they are upset they work at a McDonald's to begin with. Disgusting attitude from everyone there.

9am on a Saturday and only open for drive through. Despite posting on the doors saying the restaurant should have been open - all doors were locked - with no explanation. We went to the nearby bagel place which was nice.

Parking lot lights do not work! Really dark not safe with small kids and the elderly trying to navigate to the door!
I don’t know how this McDonald’s is even open. Every time i have tried to go I wait in line for an hour and the line never moves. I don’t understand it should close down if they can’t even take peoples orders. I leave the line 90% of the time .

You’ll Wait 20 minutes for your food, even if you’re the only car in line and the food is always cold. I have never gotten warm fresh food from this place.
Lights were also all shut off as if it was closed at 8pm on a Saturday.

Went there around 6pm Sunday. The food was not fresh. The workers were in there listening to obscene music. It was dark out and the parking lot was pitch black. The lights on the building are pointed at the building. For an expensive town, their McDonald's is awful.

Horrible!!!! If you like waiting 30 minutes in a drive-thru, then definitely go here. Or if you would like to go to a restaurant and then find out that you can't even side, go here. Or if you like to be asked to pull forward and then they never bring your food out to you anyway, then definitely go here. This is the worst McDonald's on the planet!!! Oh, and don't go through the right drive-thru, because they'll help three cars in a row in the left drive-thru before taking an order from the right drive-thru. This McDonald's is completely understaffed and should be shut down. Unless you have 30 minutes to dedicate to a drive-thru order, do not go here!
