I was really excited about this place but it didn’t meet my expectations ?

Overall it seems like a great place to hang out and read or meet up with friends for coffee. I was surprised at the few amount of outlets they have considering it’s a coffee shop and it’s in the middle of Syracuse University.

I ended up ordering the Matcha special with coconut syrup and pandas leaves as well as the Apple Crumble and Maple Pecan scone. The pastries were amazing and they are vegan! However I was not impress with the Matcha. It was too bitter and the Pandan leaves made the drink smell really weird. It also didn’t add much to the flavor; in my opinion it could have been left out.

I would also recommend them either expanding the space or adding another location nearby as it was consistently crowded for close to two hours.

Maybe it was the drink that i ordered and was a one off. i would have liked to try something else but unfortunately wasn't in the area long enough ?

Not friendly or welcoming. Can't comment on the coffee, didnt end up with any.

On a long road trip, we had been looking forward to this coffee stop for several hours. An emergency diaper change stop delayed us and the gps said we'd arrive at 1 minute past closing time. We tried to call ahead 6 times and it justed beeped, line busy, every time. We reached the coffee shop at 1 minute past and ran up desperately only to be motioned away by the woman inside. We tried to explain the situation through the glass and she just glared at us and then ignored our existence. I can understand not wanting to (or not being able to) serve us but there was no need to be rude!! Some very weary and disappointed travelers

Very good experience if you want to come study or hangout by yourself. I liked the atmosphere of the place. Staff was also lovely.

Dietary restrictions: I eat halal and they were helpful in accommodating me.

We drove past this coffee shop and couldn't resist its cute exterior. Going in, their interior is just as aesthetic with its minimal design. We were greeted upon entering and noted how busy it was once we looked around. No tables to sit, as a lot of people were sitting to work on their laptops and/over socializing so it didn't seem like anyone was leaving anytime soon so we got our items to go. They have a couple seats outside as well, but these were also taken.

We ended up opting for two items from their spring menu, the COCONUTHEAD which I highly recommend from how smooth it was to drink and how prominent the flavors were. The description said they use Pandan leaves for its toasty vanilla-like sweetness alongside their coconut syrup and added to their iced matcha latte. The other drink we got was their LOVEBUG, which is a green tea sweetened with passionfruit honey and has raspberry puree, making it very refreshing for this summer heat.

For their washroom, you have to request a key (which was hooked onto a plastic spatula, how cute!) since it leads to the washrooms in the condominium next door. This did mean it was quite clean though!

No contest the best coffee in Syracuse. Even after moving to LA we still kept our Peaks subscription service, just as good as some of the best beans in Los Angeles and competitively priced.

If Peaks was relocated into the depths of the Taklamakan Desert, I would start a family there and we will rely on the ice cubes in the cold brew for our water supply. The Burritos are high in protein and fiber and the avocado toast has a refreshing crunch that could satisfy my hunger every day. No need to eat or drink anywhere else.

My friend treated me to this wonderful coffee place called Peaks Coffee and I highly recommend it! I got a Ubs iced Lattee a purple yam that has a sweet nutty vanilla taste! It tasted better than Starbucks honestly!

While the cafe can get crowded with uni folks and the food menu is limited, their coffee and teas are outstanding. Their owner and baristas are also wonderful! They partner with Foster Hope NY which is a plus!!

Where to start. This place is overpriced and NOT GOOD. The avocado toast was COLD it’s supposed to be TOAST? Why wasn’t it toasted?? The breakfast burrito was gross and had nothing but eggs. The rosemary in my coffee was extremely overpowering but couldn’t even taste it in my girlfriends. All that for $35 and the best thing was a pastry they didn’t even make. I will never go back. I want my money back for that embarrassment of a breakfast.

Amazing coffee! Really enjoyed it in Syracuse and I have had a lot of coffee in my time. I mentally have it marked as one of the best roasters in the US, hands
