Placed a mobile order for our lunch break to pick up at 1:15. Order was not ready because of a line and only one employee working. When we got to eat our subs, they were wrong. The chicken bacon ranch had no bacon, for example. I feel bad for the one employee working alone, but I won't be returning.

Did a mobile order at 5:00 pm for two subs to be picked up at 6:15 pm. I arrived at Subway at 6:20 pm and the worker was helping another customer, another customer was waiting at the order line and a third customer was standing next to the cash register. When the worker was done with the first customer I spoke up and said I’m just need to pick up a mobile order, the worker said that it’s going to be a while because there is one customer waiting at the order line and the guy waiting near the cash register is waiting for 3 subs to be made. I then told him to cancel my order I couldn’t wait and he said he didn’t know how. Why on a Friday night at dinner time Subways only has 1 employee working is unbelievable.

I ordered my black forest ham sub which is 50 cents extra. Also added the fresh mozzarella which is 75 cents extra. Get to the veggies and no spinach is available. So I ask for leaf lettuce but they don't have any of that either. I take a look at the shredded lettuce and its all yellow and brown. Now I have a premium sandwich with nothing other than meat and cheese. Boring! I ask if I can get 50 cents off or something and she laughs and says "unfortunately not". It sucks to pay almost 9 dollars for a plain sandwich a small bag of chips and a small drink. Not impressed!

Showed up at 8:02pm tonight and the girl would not make me my subs. She said, “We are closed.” I said, “You won't make me any subs?” Her response, “No, we are closed. It's 8:02pm.” I told her that's ridiculous and it is apparent you don't own this place! A sale of three full subs was given up, and I recommend you change your hours on your website as they are incorrect. Plenty of other places to eat in Caz...

I just was at this location. At 8:05 p.m. The 'Open' light was on in the window but the door was locked. The employee inside then looked at me attempting to open the door and did nothing. I then walked away. If the store is closed, change the hours and turn the 'open' light off.

Skimpy on all ingredients and wrapped a wrap sandwich in a square without keeping all the contents within the wrap; after being told a salad was not a possibke choice. What fell out of the square wrap was tossed into the bag so I could put it back in myself.
