I walked in, and there was an older gentleman who was upset, feeling that he was purposely being overlooked. Two of the managers, who I assumed were managers, came out. They tried their best to console him. I could see in their faces that they were even more upset that he felt this way. They genuinely cared, and to me, that means more than any service anybody could provide. That is top-notch service.
I catered our holiday office party from Bagel Boys and was so impressed with the quality and quantity of food that I then catered my family holiday too! Yossi was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are more than just bagels - we ordered sides of salmon, salads, pasta dishes, wraps, and desserts! I will definitely be catering from them again!
We needed to cater in Breakfast for our Breakfast Connect Membership Drive that was held on January 8th, 2025 in the Hewlett Fire Department Ballroom. One of our members, Rosalie recommended Bagel Boys in Cedarhurst. We sat down with the very nice owner who was extremely accommodating and personable.
