The waiter didn't make us feel comfortable, we waited a long time to order, they never offered us dessert, and we waited 20 minutes to pay. Order takeout if you don't want to receive terrible service and want to try the delicious food.

From the moment we walked in, Graze Smoke House delivered top-notch vibes: the décor felt warm and modern, the staff greeted us with genuine smiles, and the service never missed a beat. Our table started with their guacamole & chips—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crisp. The wings? Absolutely outstanding — I found myself just staring at them saying “wow.”
For entrées, the steak sandwich (and the grilled chicken for our guest) were both cooked to perfection and served piping hot. The fries and starters hit the spot, too. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable — you wouldn’t even guess it’s kosher unless someone told you.
In short: Superb food, excellent service, a spot you’ll want to go back to—and definitely worth the visit if you’re in the Five Towns looking for a memorable meal. Highly recommended!

Had a bit of an unfortunate experience at Graze. I ordered the Trifecta Platter, which includes a choice of three meats. One of my selections was the Smokehouse Chicken, listed as a half bird. However, what I received was clearly only a quarter chicken.
When I asked about it, I was told that the platter only includes a quarter portion, not the half as listed. I understand that this might seem like a small detail, but it’s confusing and should really be made clearer on the menu.
When I raised this concern with the manager, the response felt defensive rather than helpful, which made the experience a bit disappointing.
That said, the rest of my family enjoyed their meals, so I’m leaving 3 stars. I just wish there was a little more transparency and better communication.

It’s hard for me to write this because as a fellow Jew, I truly believe in supporting Jewish businesses. That said, I feel it’s important to share my honest experience so improvements can be made.
First, when I sat down to eat, the staff started sweeping the floor and were pushing the dirt right toward my table. I waited patiently, assuming they’d stop—but they didn’t. It’s really unappetizing to eat while dust and debris are being swept in your direction. I understand the need to clean between customers, but this should be done with more awareness and care.
Second, the portion sizes are shockingly small. I paid $14 for guacamole, and the portion was tiny. On top of that, it didn’t even taste homemade—it seemed like prepackaged guacamole. At that price point, it should absolutely be made fresh in-house. You can really taste the difference.
Third, the burger was disappointing. The bun completely overpowered the meat—it felt like I was eating a bread sandwich with a bit of burger in it. The bread-to-meat ratio needs serious adjusting.
Lastly, I tried the Santa Fe salad with brisket, and personally, it just didn’t work for me. The brisket was oily, and it clashed with the crisp salad ingredients. Also, there were jalapeños in the salad, which I didn’t expect or see mentioned anywhere on the menu.
I’m leaving 3 stars because I believe in the potential of this place and I want to see it succeed—but some key things really need attention.
Absolutely delicious food! The service is very quick, and the staff are very friendly. I most notably like the “Dirty Nachos.” A very nice dish for the fam!
