I had a dazzler at this location. The Oreos in the dazzler were stale and disgusting. I don’t understand how a store can charge so much and still use old food for the ice cream. I will definitely call and see what can be done. But he won’t make sure the food is fresh I will be calling the health department.

Beware! This location is unscrupulous, overcharges, and the franchise owner is belligerent. We ordered a cake for pick up, on Monday, May 5th. We ordered the cake 6 days early since we were told last year that they needed lead time to ensure they had ingredients to make the cake. I call today, May 1, to let them know that I need to cancel the order as I need to order it from a location in New Jersey. I was told by a woman that the manager would need to get back to me as they were busy. The manager/owner calls back and says that the cake is ready for pick up today. An ice cream cake was made 4 days early?! It’s going to get stale! He said that when I spoke to him, I said the cake needed to be ready by today. I didn’t even speak to him. He proceeded to yell and over talk me. Furthermore, the cake at this location is $25 more than the New Jersey location! Don’t buy from this location unless you want to get ripped off! I’ve contacted Haagen-Dazs corporate since the owner of this location refuses to work with me.

I ordered a plain vanilla cone, which was so good, it's Haagen-Dazs after all. However
the service is another story. Mind you I was the ONLY customer in the store and waited STILL.

My best ice-cream. The store is pretty clean, and the service is pretty quick. I got a milkshake.& cake. Great customer service, great Very friendly staff. They were both really tasty. They are also open late, so they are a great spot for a late snack!

I had a deeply troubling experience at the Häagen-Dazs location in Cedarhurst today, August 15, 2024. I witnessed an argument between the Asian manager and an elderly customer. The elderly man had expressed that his milkshake tasted more like milk than ice cream. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager loudly told the customer in front of about ten other people, “You came back after 20 minutes and expect me to do something.” He then slammed the money on the counter and refused to make a new milkshake.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered rudeness from this manager. He consistently displays a sour demeanor, often appearing irritated or annoyed, and never expresses basic courtesy such as saying thank you. It’s disheartening to see such behavior, especially in a customer service role, and it sets a poor example. My children witnessed this incident and it was upsetting to see such unprofessionalism.
Given this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope the owner takes note of this behavior and addresses it, as it is completely unacceptable and disappointing.

The girl at the front keeps rolling her eyes and the Asian guy is extremely rude. Seems antisemitism got to them too.

The Asian worker is rude. Mean to the female coworker and argues with her in front of customers. Does not respond when customers say thank you and creates a hostile work environment/customer service. The multiple experiences have been for 10 minutes and me and my wife rushed to get out of there. Never coming to this location again.

Waited an hour online for 2 scoops of ice cream only. Line was almost out the door and only two workers, 1 that was handing in person guest and 1 doing mobile order. Why not turn off mobile order with a line out the door in store? Even Starbucks does that when they get too busy. Who ever is running this is very money hungry I felt really bad for the workers. Won’t be coming back. Also store was very dirty and congested
