Over priced juices and unfriendly staff. Walked in at 3:04 for a smoothie the counter person said they don’t make smoothies past 3:00 even though the store doesn’t close until 5 pm. Poor customer

I find it funny they promote their coffee as if it's something special while my wife found the 1 they use online. They make it well, and my wife likes it but I find it weird that they only communicate through text, it's nice but still there was some confusion due to it, and the woman didn't answer the phone (call). Also when I asked if anyone was available to bring it out they said no but she was sitting in an empty store hanging with a friend!

Ice coffee was insane. And the staff was super helpful. There was a misunderstanding with the milk, and they right away gave me a new one. Highly recommended.

I don't know why they haven't gone back to normal delivery....i did cleanse 2019 and it was the best.. now you can only get products at their locations and they don't have enough ....you need to produce more please...I couldn't get cleansing ...arrived today spending 40 min in traffic i drove from far away because they don't do delivery to my house i called never answered and guess what they didn’t have enough for the cleanse you should put it on Uber eats or post mate when there is no more supply too a lot of restaurants do that
They have delicious, pre-packaged, healthy food. I love that I can run in, easily pick something out, pay, and run out.

Honestly, I gave this place a lot of chances (seeing that I usually go to the Brooklyn location.. living on the island I thought this would just be more convenient) but it's been everything but. I truly do no recommend this store. No one picks up the phone and someone texts you back about what order you'd like. It's constantly different people you're speaking to and messages are clearly NEVER delivered properly once switching hands. I appreciate the gesture of trying to make the situation better after driving an hour and fifteen minutes and the drinks not being there, but now I picked them up and they're wrong again. This place needs to be more organized and have "less hands in the pot" because other customers were also not happy with the service and situation at hand (aside from my personal one they were experiencing problems also.) I just personally think a store like this needs more management and attentiveness seeing I was allergic to nuts and was still given a peanubutter drink for my daily juice cleanse.

I went there today for the first time and it was a horrible experience I felt so judged and singled out because I’m a African American woman , I’m 6 months pregnant and I had to wait about 25 mins for 1 piece of Avocado toast and a juice! While people were making orders in store and served right away ... I’m upset at how the manger because I felt she was being very nasty and unprofessional which is rude I will never order from there or go there!

Terrible place & worst way of running business. The Management needs to realize that if there is a demand then you need to produce more!!! I can’t get cleansing supply 2 days in a row despite I am at the store around 10am daily. Unbelievable! Arrived yesterday & got only 1 day supply & they committed that they will put aside 3 days supply for me next day. Arrived today (spending 40 min in traffic) at 10am and guess what: They didn’t have anything for me!! All is sold out before 10am. Stupid way of running biz without any logic - very unprofessional & I highly recommended NOT to visit this specific store of Jus by Julie. You will be very disappointed. Better use Amazon & other brands.
