I really like the new ownership. The new owner is really sweet and has created a inviting and friendly atmosphere in the store. Besides for their bagels and appetizers, they have really good coffee that you can buy by the pound. I highly recommend trying the vanilla or German coffee.

This place cares about one thing and only one thing and that’s making great food. If you can get with their program you’ll get along just fine, there’s a reason folks line up for 45 minutes.

Rude customer service and basic bagels. I preordered on the phone and they told me it would take 45 mins. I walked in and they asked me if I didn’t know how to tell time? Why would it take so long to make a bagel?! Didn’t get what I asked for. No attention to detail. Terrible food and even more terrible attitude. Never again.
