First time there last week. Loved looking out at the lake and socializing. Great bartender and server. Food was delicious! Will definitely call that our place when we visit Jamestown area again. Have already recommended to friends.

This was my first and last time at The Main Landing. Josie, our waitress, was wonderful, however, Donna, the owner, was very rude and unprofessional. I sent back a drink and simply asked for a different one, Donna proceeded to take it and try it in front of me then tell me this is the best drink she’s had making it very uncomfortable for me to change it. Then when my steak was undercooked, it was so problem for Josie to take it back for a few minutes and cook it more but Donna took it upon herself to follow Josie with my plate and in front of my table said “oh what’s wrong with it now”. Thanks again to Josie for being so accommodating, but with ownership and management like this, it’s hard to believe why the restaurant was empty on an 80° night…

We were in town for a conference. They hadn't hired the summer help yet- because we were there in April. They were initially overwhelmed, but we were all cool about it, and just enjoyed drinks. We ordered, and had an exceptional dinner of fish fry. The owner was really fun, and the food was great! Would go again if ever back that way.

Always enjoy everything about the Main Landing, — the friendly greeting at the door from Donna and Mindy to the delicious food and great service. Breakfast bowls and the raspberry French toast special were both outstanding!

We had a wonderful dinner this evening. Our waitress Mindy was extremely attentive. The seafood mix and the ahi tuna meals were delicious. Don't hesitate to come here to this water front dining experience O and did I mention the chocolate torte that was amazing ?

We dined here in February 2022 several times during a vacation. This was our first stop after arriving for our October 2024 trip. We were so happy to find the same amazing food and friendly staff! We talked about the amazing fish so many times during our 7.5 hour drive from Indiana. We love it so much that we will be dining again tomorrow evening. TIP - Make sure you leave room for their homemade desserts. So delicious!

Steak and salmon either underdone or overdone, mashed potatoes grainy and gross. Decor like it hasn't been updated in 20 years. Knife to cut steak was flimsy and nearly broken.
We stopped in at The May Landing today for lunch. Beautiful view of the lake. Food was delicious, prices were fair, and Julie was fantastic. If you are in Jamestown, NY, please make this one of your stops.

Had the special stuff haddock with Cajun shrimp. Mouth watering good. Service was so sweet and helpful. We are from out of state and they gave us some good tips and other places to explore. Great place!!

Lovely dining experience here. We arrived about one hour before closing. Our meal was relaxed and not rushed. I had the smothered Haddock and my husband's had an Anchor burger. Both were delicious. I also had a slice of homemade dessert, Coconut Dream.
