Worst experience ever! No communication skills refused to tell me the price of a small cone for my grandkids and proceeded to make the cones and then charged some outrageous amount! It was certainly not the carvel experience of my youth! I will never go there or recommend this particular Franchise to anyone!

I'm surprised there are only 22 reviews for a place that's been here for years. But I thoroughly enjoy this Carvel. It's very close, never too busy, and the ice cream is always phenomenal. Service is pretty much always good too.

Went on a Wednesday for buy 1 get 1 sundae. There was no sign other then buy 1 sundae get another free. I ordered 2 juniors sundaes and the girl rings me up for $9.50! I ask what happened to buy 1 get 1 and she said that is only for small, medium and large.! Everyone there was ordering sundaes and she doesn't tell us the size we ordered was not part of the Wednesday special. Last time I went and got 2 small cones with sprinkles and they charged almost $13! This is how the Carvel in Center Moriches conducts business. Buyer beware!!!

I walked up to the door not one of the employees where wearing a mask so I proceed in without mine and in a split second of the door opening they all put there’s on.. one of the children working there goes hey “pal” you need a mask on first off beyond rude to Address A stranger as pal and very unprofessional.. my experience there this evening was not a good one
