Awful online ordering service, I was instantly charged and after arriving to the store I was told no such order exists, and I cannot get a refund. They're taking orders with a company called "Clover" which is impossible to get refunds back from.
I'm not sure who they're partnering with on google, but Im saddened I couldn't give my food rating a 0 because I didn't get any. I called and got hung up on instantly... You're welcome for the 30$ donation I guess?
Shameful.

You can’t beat this place, I’ve been eating Jamaican food from Jamaica Ave Queens to Riverhead For many many years so I sent my Jamaican friend here he said it’s better than his family dishes . There a small mom pop place straight out of Jamaica and they. make Fresh food Everyday Every item is absolutely fresh . The spices the tenderness is Amazing. Especially the ox tail , Goat, Chicken it’s like butter . There saucers especially the spicy hot Kingston Sauce on the chicken wings is one of my favorite’s also the ox tail , curry sauce is delicious . You gotta try but make sure you call first to make sure there open and have food left

My wife & I had the rice & peas with Oxtail & plantains the food was absolutely delicious , well prepared & seasoned . The price is actually pretty good I believe it’s the cheapest we have paid for Caribbean food on L.I . It’s has potential to be great the service was 70/100 , the location is kinda tucked away . I’ll definitely have it again .

This place was a waste of time, I drove all the way out here based on the reviews. To find the place closed on Wednesday afternoon, meanwhile Google says they’re open and no one is answering the phone. Thanks a lot!

We drove all the way to this restaurant yesterday, Monday at 1pm only for it to be closed although the posted online hours said it was open. Also, after we arrived and saw that it was closed, we sat in our vehicle for about half an hour and called a few times waiting with the hopes of them possibly running late. On their answering machine, it has a message saying their updated hours which states Sunday through Tuesday it opens at 11am. So are we to assume that they have updated updated hours!??? What a waste of time, gas, and energy driving to this restaurant. I would have loved to try it out for the first time but unfortunately this was my/our first experience.
Stumbled upon this little spot and I glad I decided to follow my gut and give it a try. Upon getting out of my car the amazing smells of what was cooking smacked me right in the face even before I got inside and got my stomach rumbling. The display of all the cooked food was beautifully laid out, making my selection a difficult one. I decided to go for the oxtails, and I’m glad I did. The tender fall off the bone meat, sauce over the rice, cabbage and sweet plantains made this a dinner fit for a king. The owner, only later to discover was a former student of mine about 20years ago, was welcoming and made each customer feel like family. I may be partial, but this place is a must if looking for the real deal when it comes to Jamaican Food cooked from the heart.

The food was great even though the jerk chicken could’ve actually had more of a kick to it, the oxtails were seasoned well and fell off the bone.

I ordered the curry coat. I have been in there several times however that's not what I am commenting on. There was a man inside. He was so polite. He was so well put together with his chef hat and his apparel. I think I was smiling the whole time. The food was great by the way!! I wished I got his name but today date is Feb 15. 24 @ 12:20. His customer service was everything! Don't get me wrong all the men have great demnors. This one today just hit differentGo check them out!!

The Rasta pasta tasted like cold macaroni salad that was heated up with spice added too it as if they used mayo or sugar in the recipe it’s suppose to taste more like a jerk Alfredo not satisfied at all !!!!

Good Bickle is sooo good. They were at a fair in my town in Saint James and I brought a bunch of the food home for my family. I had a Jamaican nanny for years and she used to cook authentic Jamaican food, and this was outstanding. Such a nice group representing the restaurant. Five stars all the way
