I went to their new location Mineola and was bad, first I ask for drinks and appetizers then the waiter bring the drinks and ask me what we want “again “ for appetizers and I told him I already told you and he say “oh yeah I forget “ was the chip and 3 salsas which ( the guacamole was made with no ripe avocados and taste bitter, the red salsa taste like just tomatoes smashed, and the queso had the salt the salsa was missing and the tortillas are not even made fresh are Tostitos restaurant style ). Then comes like 15 minutes later our tacos one pollo taco which the chicken was boiled no season at all and looks more Taco Bell and my asada taco was 3 little pieces of meat and ton of onions in a flour tortilla when I ask for corn. The entrees arrived half hour later nachos again with the same Tostitos tortillas and some lettuce a few pieces of meat and lots of jalapeños, red cabbage and a few beans , my companion ask for a burrito which in his words goes to the worst burrito ever just some chicken and beans inside. And no flavor at all . Very disappointed experience. We pay and leave and no I was not rude to anybody. We spent $75 in an awful meal but I’d rather to give my feedback here and yeah we are not going back.
We typically love Lucharitos and this location especially but unfortunately we just went and our food was good but cold and the restaurant itself was freezing. I had to wear my jacket the entire time. I further ordered a to go jug of margaritas which was priced at $30 but was charged $50 without warning. Unfortunately due to this, I can no longer go to or recommend this location. Very disappointed.

A great place for Mexican!
We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly busy. Sat at the bar and the service was great.
The loaded fries were spectacular. Each bite had variety and tons of flavor.
The tacos were great. Fresh ingredients and well prepared meat.
Would recommend!

Came here for the 2nd time I think and much the same! The difference was this time they were having an outside even with vendors and santa stuff for the kids. It was great, cold aside. When we went in for the food, we had just a bit to wait, but when we sat, ordered and got our food, it was good! I had the duck nachos. My only comment would be that duck doesn't always have to be sweet! Did I eat it? Absolutely, cause it was great! Would I offer it with a somewhat saltier duck? Yep! Overall though, this is a place I'd come to again and again! Also, staff was great!

Everyone is a self proclaimed foodie and I think after a few years I might make thensame claim. This place was great. It's great to bring families, little and big kids and friends. All of the staff was friendly with smiles. They asked questions, gave suggestions and was easy to talk to. The kids had an area to hang out and interact with the staff, the coconut taco was amazing, the carnita taco was pretty good, and the pulled pork nachos had a great amount of guacamole, pulled pork, quest etc. Their fried chicken taco was meh. If I could give a 4.5 out of 5 for the food I would. I will be returning to this place. Great first experience.

Excellent atmosphere and attention!!
Had the pleasure of eating at the Greenport location. Two of my HS girlfriends and myself on moderately busy on Sunday (1012/24) at about 5:30. A young waiter named Brian was our server. We first ordered drinks, mine was the margarita with the pomegranate swirl. So delicious!! Refreshing and frosty! We shared the Mexican Street corn and the three dips with chips, which were freshly made. So fabulous! So tasty. The salsa, guacamole and queso were just perfect, each different but delicious!! The corn was sweet and flavorful. I had three tacos in hard shells. Fried chicken, fried shrimp and the marinated steak. Each one was different and very fresh. My one friend, is a vegetarian and the other is gluten intolerant BUT! They each found many yummy choices! I’ve been trying to get to this restaurant for several years, and finally the planets aligned! Brian was well trained, patient and informative with a good humor. The interior is bright, festive and clean. So much food, I could not finish all of it. And!! the restroom was clean! You should be very proud of this business! We will be back! Thank you!!
Awesome veggie bowl, made vegan, great atmosphere, reasonable pricing, always friendly staff
