This is by far the worst run establishment in the area. I've never called there where there wasn't an hour to an hour and half wait. When you do call and oder something, they usually run out of stuff. Then when you pick the food up, there's a bunch of teenagers running around having no idea where your order is. It's very disappointing since there's not many options around here to order from and when you do get to eat the food at a reasonable time, the food is pretty good. I really wish the owner would pay more attention to the weak staff he hires. I've mentioned something to the manager on 2 separate occasions, and both times they just stare at me and give some lame excuse. My reason for this poor review right this minute is I called ahead asking how long for takeout. The woman said 25 minutes. I said I'd call back with the order. Less than 5 minutes later, I call again and the woman tells me the order will be well over an hour wait. How can 1 place get so busy in less than 5 minutes?

While the food is generally good, the service was lacking. We felt like the forgotten table, receiving no service unless we called someone over. The manager kindly adjusted our bill to compensate for the poor service, which we greatly appreciated.

I was feelin a little stuffy in the head while at a friend's house out east -I had decided to get some Mexican tortilla soup because that usually helps clear my head-I look online for a place that would have the soup and then called ahead and got a very nice woman on the phone and ordered a soup-I arrived at the restaurant and walked in and the woman asked me what I wanted I said that I had called and asked for soup -it was already ready behind the counter for me and I was very ecstatic because I wasn't feeling good and just wanted to go home and have some soup-unfortunately the soup was not good in various ways for me a Mexican tortilla soup has a Kik it's usually a little spicy and that's what clears the head- what I got was a very thick soup that had yellow squash and zucchini in it -I don't know who's rendition of Mexican tortilla soup they served but it was definitely a Caucasian person's recipe -the only reason I give this the stars that I do was because the lady at the bar was very nice and the phone call and interaction were very nice but the food for me gets 0 ⭐

2 year update: I figured hey lets give this place another try it's been two years. This time ordered through Uber eats. Missing the side of queso and put beans on the burrito that said no beans. 👎
Unfortunately I'm done giving my business to Lucharitos. The last three times I have done take out there is always missing items. All three times I called they asked if I would drive back for the missing items which would end up being 40 minutes with traffic. I had to once again opt for a refund on the missing item. I can't explain to my child that sorry they messed up the order again here eat this refund. The owner needs to focus more on the customers he already has instead of looking to open new stores.

This place is really good...when it's slow. We were there on a Friday and it took 45 minutes from the time we sat down till we got our appetizer, ordered our dinner and first drinks. It took another hour before our dinner was actually served. Clearly they are understaffed, because the employees were running around doing there best but drinks and food both took way too long. I've been before for lunch and never had an issue, just seems like they were overwhelmed.

This place has gone downhill. We ordered 4 dinners last night for takeout. 3 of the 4 items were wrong - and 2 items didn't even match the description (i.e. items were left off like sour cream and guacamole) . The container with the guacamole that was ordered was only half full. Food is too expensive to be incorrect.

Food is okay, nothing specific but ok. The only thing they bothered me is that being there at 11:30 am and waiting literally 40 mins for food. If they had said it’d be that long I wouldn’t have ordered at all.

We had a very good experience at this place. We visited the restaurant on a Saturday for lunch. The portions were big, the food was savory and tasty, and the entire yard is amazing for bringing kids.

Got sat at a table, moved and told 3 times “someone will be right with you”. Once we were helped, service was great. Food is subpar - had to send the wings back for being soo charred and overdone. Chicken tacos - so bland not good at all. Beef tacos bland and meat was dry. Outdoor atmosphere is nice but the food is way overpriced for the quality.
