Food is good or like any other. But service could have been improved. The front desk cc reader does not work, at least more than a week now. Want to place order with human, but often times they not present. I frequently goes to these places due to occupational hazard. If anything improves, I will update my review. Btw English is important.

Absolutely rudest drive thru person I’ve ever met at McDonald’s franchise. Told me “you’re not allowed to place 2 orders at a time”.
Newsflash, I place double orders all the time at several locations. Especially with other people in the car, who want to redeem their own points and purchase their own food. Do better !

We came in the drive through and the lady on the speaker says “are you using the mobile app” we said no and then she just stayed silent and so we thought she didn’t hear us we say “no we’re not” she goes waiting for you,I work in fast food I would never even say that to someone,ever super disappointed in the service we received

Went through the drive through for 4 double cheeseburgers. Was asked to pull ahead to park and wait. I watched half dozen others get served before I went inside to find out what happened. The manager actually walked away from me when I asked for a reasonable explanation.
I don't like onion so I order without onion... but they always put it on my burgers And I don't like being told to wait for my order in the parking lot.

I put a mobile app order in and picked it up at the drive-thru. I was asked to pull up and wait for my order. I'm not sure why I had to wait. The french fries were warm at best and the Big Mac had way too much Mac sauce on it. Not the best McDonald's visit.
