So my daughter decided to celebrate her 18 Birthday Mikado with her friends. We had reservations and still everything was rush as for service. The food was good and the night ended cake that they said we could. The cake served up to 20 people and it was only a party of 8 at the table. After the cake was served my daughter and her friends opened gifts and took pictures. While still occupying the table the waiter came and took the cake. So as we paid and left a very generous tip and as we were about to leave my wife asked for the rest of the cake. They said it was put it in the trash. We were shocked that they would take it upon themselves to do this without even asking us. My daughter’s friends said while they was serving the cake one of the staff members asked for a piece. They completely ruined my daughter night. She had wanted to bring a piece to her grandparents and others to have a piece that didn’t come. This was stupidity at it finest. They trashed over half of my daughter’s cake that I paid $ 120.00 For. Very disgusting they need to be held accountable in some type of way.

Where do I start? When we arrived at the time we reserved the table wasn’t ready and so they had us standing in the middle of the restaurant while servers with food and drinks walked around us. When we finally did get sat the server dropped one menu at our table of 8 and walked away only to come back in one minute and try to take orders. We told him we needed menus so he dropped 7 more off and given zero time he went to the first person and tried to take their order. It was clear they were trying to turn and burn our table. We told him we needed time so he gave us the time it took to take our drink order and bring back 3 incorrect drinks out of the 8 we ordered. And 5 of them were water. It was clear English was way down his list of known languages. When we did finally order he got most of them correct except mine which I told him 3x and he still got it wrong. The chef was fine and the food was good. I never did get my food done correctly but I wasn’t going to hold the chef to account for it. The server gave us 20 minutes after the last plate had been served and dropped takeout containers on our table. There’s other things too. So would I come back? NOOOOOOOO! I can get good hibachi anywhere. And for that kind of money not worth the horrible service.

I’ve been here plenty of times and it’s usually good. I’m not sure if what happened today but let me start by saying when we arrived for our 5pm reservation for Hibachi, the host looked completely confused and said “one minute”. He walked to the back and then came back and started to seat other guests in the dining area. A few minutes later he seats us at a hibachi table. A waiter came over a couple of minutes later and asked if we were ready to order and we hadn’t even had a chance to look at the menus yet. We ordered drinks and he came back a few minutes later and asked if we were ready to order, at that point we put in our orders. Then the chef comes out does a quick half assed hibachi show and soon after he finished up, a group of people start wandering in and I see a lady counting the seats and over hear her saying “we have 17 people, there’s only 13 seats”. Another lady from that same group a few moments later asked one of the staff if “those people” (meaning us) were leaving soon because they still had 3 people who needed to be seated..mind you we hadn’t even begun to eat yet. No sooner do we get our forks to our mouths does the waiter come over with a bowl of fried ice cream and a lit candle asking “whose birthday is it?” Then proceeds to hold the bowl with lit candle in front of my Aunt’s face (who is still eating her dinner) and is singing happy birthday to her. Minutes after that he comes over again asking if we want boxes when we were literally still eating!! I nicely said we’re still eating can you please stop rushing us?! He then walks away. Moral of the story is they obviously overbooked or seated people in the hibachi area that didn’t have a reservation and instead of them apologizing they made our experience very unpleasant by being extremely rude and rushing us from the minute they seated us. I used to enjoy this place but sadly I won’t be back due to this experience tonight along with the many trips to the bathroom that I’ve taken since I got home.

Though I enjoyed my meal at the place I found myself unable to relax and enjoy my meal fully with country music blasting and a somewhat wobbly table. The place is nice and all hopefully if I go back it won’t have these problems.

Very disappointed....shrimp in lobster sauce was flavorless. Shrimps were like rubber and the rice was not fried but white with soy sauce for color.

Food was great, my only issue was the lobster tail cooked in front of me after saying 2 times I have a shellfish allergy. We didn't get egg in our fried rice because of some woman's egg allergy but you cook lobster in front of me and steam clean all the fumes into me. My allergy is severe and I let it known at the beginning. I will be contacting you further about this incident.

Rolls served pretty warm. Staff does not know how to communicate, like at all. I had a diet coke, a friend, a regular coke. The lady comes to give a refill and POURED from one new glass into my friends and just said Diet coke right, and my friend said no? She then poured it into my glass? I've never seen this behavior. Take the old empty glass, leave the new. Duh. Also spilled the soda onto the table while pouring, and some on our plate. I had 2 piece of sushi left, taking my time, watching ufc a different waitor, a man came and asked if I was done, I said no I'm still working, he legit did a circle around our small table and asked again? I said no?? The moment I had that last piece of sushi in my mouth he was there to take the plate and ask up if we want ice cream? Felt very rushed. When we split the bill, we put a tip on one card. A woman then out loud yelled something. Then said to my friend "no tip? Write here something tip tip" and we tried to explain what we already did, but she kept insisting on another tip? We had 3 different people come to our table. All rushing us and have weird serving manner. I will not go again. I felt rushed. Meanwhile, I see other tables not being bothered? When my friend goes with her boyfriend she said they do not act like this.
