I want you to picture this… it’s Thanksgiving eve, Nobody wants to cook, right? Because everybody’s getting ready for the next day.. So you go on DoorDash.. But just to make sure the order gets right, I call up Wendy’s directly… I spoke to a young lady named Kailey Who, in my Opinion is the epitome of what Customer service is all about. Why she is not District manager is beyond me. I can hear the mob in the background as I spoke with her and yet she picked up the phone she found my order. She made sure everything was in place and she threw on a few extras again remember, it’s mad crowded… super busy… so to Take the time To help was awesome enough but to go out of her way the way she did.. In plain English, she deserves a raise.. Like a big one! Ty so much K For hook’n this guy up

Went ar 730am lady manager outside changing display prices,. "We don't open until 8am!!" What about good morning? Soo freaking rude ? SMH,.. UGHHHHHHH
Tried placing the order on the app without success even with counter person's help. Gave up on it. When i requested iced tea, the counter person was oblivious. I had the mgr. assist me with it.

Actually surprised they have 2.5 stars on here this place is a nightmare, horrible service. Can't get an order right to save their lives. It's been over 3 years since they got my order right at this location. I'd rather drive 30 minutes away to the other Wendy's then to deal with the rude staff and horrible experience this establishment has gave me. The manager actually argues with you when they mess up the order. Always forgetting something. Just horrible all together. Whoever the area manager and general manager for this location needs to be fired immediately. Why do you even have a job. Just useless.

I would love to give it a five star review, but we have had a few messed up orders. However, the staff is always very friendly and 5 stars for them. Today I unfortunately only had $10 on me and both children wanted to get kids meals (five dollars each without tax). I ordered the adult 10 piece nugget pack with a chocolate milk for them to share. Unfortunately my three year old was crying and the staff member heard this, asked why he was sad, and gave both my boys something to cheer them up. Such a wonderful people, this is not the first time they have been so generous with my children. I'm very happy to have wonderful staff. (This was the drive-through window person today, 12:45pm 9/7/23)My kids have been through a lot with many doctor visits and other family things going on in the last five months. This has been our once a week treat to cheer them up even if some days we cannot afford it. Luckily the staff every time has always gone out of their way to cheer up my children. Thank you!

this is the worst wendy's in the united states of america. we came and ordered on drive thru and they seemed so nice. when we got our burgers, ALL OF THEM HAD CAYENNE PEPPER ON IT. like i ordered a plain cheeseburger with ONLY cheese and it was legit spicy as hell. these people messed with us ON PURPOSE. the workers don't give a fuck. i've gave this wendy's soooo many chances because we live so close, but just go to mcdonald's instead. the staff at mcdonald's is SO nice and has NEVER messed up our order. but this specific wendy's messes it up every time. will never come back. they need to close.
