Arby's makes my favorite roast beef sandwich and potato cakes..
I pick up orders for either Door Dash or Uber eats. The last time I held up my phone screen so the young man could read the name or items ordered since he couldnt understand me. He rebuked me saying that me putting my phone in his face is 'offensive'. He went on to argue. I canceled the order and left. Today when I reached the counter the young lady at the register was turned around and on her phone. When I said excuse me Im here to pick up an order she cut me off saying its not ready and she walked to the back to talk to her co worker. When the order was ready she put in down near the cash register and stared at me. I had to ask if it was for me.
I am never coming into this locstion again for a delivery pick up or as a patron. Please ask your employees to say goodmorning, goodafternoon, how can I help you, Stuff like that. They were not from this country so maby they are not accustomed to our manners. Idk. But its not a good look for your company.
