Always has great sandwiches. We live 20 miles away and look forward to going there at least once a month.

Horrible customer service. I place an order online on december 15th, accidentally i ordered 3 sandwiches which I told the mad at your when I got there. They said there was nothing they could do for me that I had a contact customer service/ corporate. I only left with one sandwich. I called as soon as I got back in the car, and they told me it could take up to 5 days. I called again Friday dec 19th and I was told the manager will email me. Its Dec 22 and I still haven't gotten the email for my refund. It's not a lot of money but I don't like paying for something I did not get. They have really bad customer service. I think i'm gonna have to jump through hoops to get my money back. I'm never going back there again. Make sure you do not make the same mistake I did ordering. You'll never get your money back.

If you make a mistake ordering, the store can refund you. You have to call customer support and get disconnected. Then never get credit. They are so rude! Last time I order on app. I'll try just in store. Horrible customer service!!!

Slow it took me too long to get my one order one, thing one, item. When I finally did get to the drive-thru window there's no sense of urgency .

Are you at Arby's the company from Uber eats I'm 5 minutes away I get a signal on my phone that there a minute away and I didn't get my food for an hour and a half I try to contact them several times when I finally got the food the rolls was soggy that means it was microwave recently I know what the driver did if they went back to the house and microwave just like can't say but it was terrible the meat was dried out the different amount of meat and eat sandwich.0 I suspect that the delivery driver I don't know where they went but they went home I guess and then microwaved it took some meat out

Awesome food and service. I told cashier the order was for here and inquired about a tray for my food. They said it comes in a bag, reason being covid. Come on now. Ridiculous. So is it better to put your napkins, drink and condiments on a community table?

I placed an online order to go pick up. I ordered the sandwich with no red ranch. There was a technical issue on the website when I tried to submit my order but then I got a confirmation email. My sandwich ended up having the red ranch. I think the website reset my order without modifications, because the receipt didn’t indicate that choice. I went in the store and explained what I thought happened and they made the sandwich the way I wanted it, no problem. They apologized for the website error and were very pleasant. The food was also fresh and hot when I got it. I'll def come back to this location.
