A server by the name "Zakhir" he had a shift leader tag on was very rude and condescending. He would not let us taste any ice creams and would not do that for others as well. He could not communicate in English and was rude all along. When asked the billing agent, he also confirmed that he was rude to other customers. Please solve this issue. He was immensely rude and unprofessional.
