AWFUL, NASTY, AND DISGUSTING service by this young lady. We got there 40 minutes before closing and I guess this waiter was mad and she started slamming the drinks and straws on the table and spilled some soda, but like I said really nasty service.

Service and wings were great. Went for the islanders game and had a great time although they lost, but that’s besides the point. I’m a little bit of a wimp with spice but the honey barbecue wings are the best in the area.

I ordered on an app and it took over 1.5 hrs, 3 drivers came and left, and my food still wasn’t available to be picked up. If I went to the restaurant (which I’m not always capable of doing) to sit down, the food would’ve been at my table sooner and the manager would’ve been apologizing for any delays, why is this any different? I ordered wings and a chicken sandwich, two items that should not have taken a long time to prepare. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time for a major delay, to which I blamed the app the first time, but I’m starting to realize that this location grossly mishandles online and mobile orders and should do better.

Placed an order a couple of days prior for pick-up around 6:00 today, February 11. Order was 6 boneless Blazin’ wings, 15 boneless garlic parm, 15 bone-in garlic parm, 15 bone-in mild and a couple varieties of their fried cauliflower. My mother goes to pick up the order at around 6:20, and it’s not ready yet. Not a big deal. She ends up waiting around 15 extra minutes before receiving the order. So 30+ minutes later, the order was received. We get home, and the order we received was not ours. It wasn’t even the right order number on the bag even though it had our receipt. My mother returns to the store to let them know, and whatever hostess was there said, “Well she handed it to you, not me.” No apology for messing up the order. She ends up finding our correct order and then gives it to my mother. However, upon returning home, it was STILL the wrong order. Specifically ordered BONELESS Blazin’ wings, and the label even said it on the box, but they ended up bone-in. All the wings themselves were ICE COLD too, obviously as it was now over an hour from when our order was scheduled to be completed. Just a complete lack of service and not even an apology for anything, which I find to be the biggest issue. I understand it’s a busy night and don’t mind waiting, but to receive the wrong order TWICE over the span of over an hour with no apology or address is a bit ridiculous.

Not happy having carrots and celery being changed $1.25 and the carrots are julienne, but carrot logs!! Very disappointing.Wings are good. Overall it was disappointing.
