TLDR: got double billed, called in to get it fixed and got nothing but anger, attitude, and no resolution
Made a To-Go order, when we went to pick it up the worker offered to split the check for us. We said sure, but seemingly we shouldn’t have. Two out of three of us paid before the server told us that they had put it through wrong and we would have to redo it. Claimed the charges wouldn’t go through, even though I immediately saw the charge (granted it was pending). Said the charges would drop off, and if they didn’t to just give a call. We then had to wait an extra ten minutes for the server to get the override key(?) to run our charges again. Fast forward three days and the charges have both posted fully to our bank accounts. I make a call in to the restaurant and am transferred to a manager. The conversation started by the manager picking up the call and snapping “are you (friends name)?” I tried to explain the situation as calmly as I could, but he had nothing but attitude for me. He wanted me to verify every item in the order, including the specific items of the triple dippers my friends ordered. Got very mad when I tried to ask questions, told me he couldn’t see the charge I was referring to, and told me it would “go away in a few days”. I get that sometimes there are mistakes or computer errors, but as someone who works in customer service I have never spoken to someone on the phone the way I was spoken to by the manager.

I'm here to pick up my order. There's a sign directing me to the bar area, so I go there, but no one pays attention to me. After much effort, someone tells me my order isn't ready, but I can see that they hadn't even started preparing it until I arrived. I wasted 15 minutes. Is this your idea of service? Thank you.

Their food is tasteful and also they give good portions and the staff is very friendly.Food did taste good as it didn’t taste like that it was sitting there for a while and they just packed it. Overall good experience.

I was really disappointed with this online order that I received . The salmon looked okay at first glance, but it was dry and not very flavorful. The fries were soggy and greasy, and it felt like they were sitting in the container too long. The broccoli wasn’t seasoned and tasted bland. Overall, the meal didn’t feel fresh, and the quality just wasn’t worth the price. I expected a lot better.

Came in on a Sunday with a friend and when we ask the hostess for a table of two, she barely acknowledged us and shrugged. However, when other people came in after us she greeted them and ask for their number for the waitlist and give them an estimated time. She didn’t do that for us and just told us “I don’t know”.

When I asked if a table for two was available, the hostess simply shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know.” However, to quite literally everyone else who walked in, she greeted them first and asked for their name & number. For us, she didn’t even check the tablet. I really can’t help but feel this was due to my friend & I being Asian or because we’re students; everyone else who came in after us was white, or had an older individual come in with them soon after.

Literally disgusting. The past 3 times that we've ordered on Uber Eats, our food has been freezing cold, stale tasting, missing items, and just over all NOT GOOD. Tonight was the last straw - not ordering from here ever again. We keep coming back because Chili's has such good ranch (and we're not even ranch people, at all)... but tonight they didn't even include our ranch, so this was a major waste of $100. NEVER AGAIN!

We went for a date night. We had the Triple Dipper appetizer, a cup of chicken enchilada soup, and a cup of loaded potato soup. All was good. Noa was our waitress. She was clear, kind, thorough, attentative, and very professional.

Ordered rib eye steak medium well.unsure what cut they actually served me but was very well done and tough.sent it back.they brought out another steak totally different cut still well done but slightly less tough.horrible! Mashed potatoes from a bag/piwder.....no baked potatoes available.got corn as 2nd side.definetly canned.and sadly the corn was all i ate ...usually go to Texas roadhouse for my ribeye .was with others who wanted to try chilis.if you're ok with a hamburger chilis is fine.other then that dont waste your time or $$

Ordered an appetizer which arrived not too long after the order was placed. Just about 2 minutes after the main course, Fajitas arrived. Chicken was not cooked all the way through, was not hot and was like rubber. Have been to other Chiles that were much better. Hence, the reason for this review.
