i wish i could give this -5 stars ice cream was rotten and employees were mean

Whenever I’ve been here, there has only been one guy working. Service is extremely slow as a result.

The place is spectacular

Every time I visit this specific cold zone. The staff is always very rude and snarky. I’m not sure what’s going on with the staff over there, but maybe they need some new hires and it’s not just the girl with the brown hair that has a rude attitude. It’s the boy too. I’m not sure what their ethnicities are because even over the phone they have an attitude, but maybe they need to do some readjusting in the staff department makes me not enjoy my time at cold Stone because this has been a place. I’ve come to for years, but this new location their hires are really weird. The extra two stars are just for the ice cream, but the staff is just so weird

I don’t love writing bad reviews but i’m so disappointed, my boyfriend and I came here tonight for our sweet treat. The girl just seemed so nasty and rude, while I am a server, and can understand having a bad shift, the customer shouldn’t suffer. I asked the girl for extra gummy bears, gummy bears being the only thing in my ivecream, i just really wanted a lot of them, and I also wanted a chocolate sprinkled dipped cone cup. She gave me only chocolate and no sprinkles, i didn’t say anything because she seemed so unhappy already and then when I got home, there’s literally two gummy bears in my ice cream. It was like $13 for my ice cream and i’m so disappointed and the girl was just so rude and unpleasant. Maybe skip this location.

I haven’t been to a Cold Stone in years. I happened to be in the area and decided to take my family. Due to the reviews I almost decided against it. I’m so happy my desire for a delicious Birthday Cake Remix superseded my hesitation. The staff were amazing. The young man that assisted me not only remembered our entire 5 sundae order, he made each of them with a smile. The customers ahead of us and behind us all received similar service. Every establishment has their off nights, staffing issues, bad moods etc. However, despite the poor reviews this place has received, I urge you to go if you’re reluctant to. My kids keep asking when we can go back. I wish I lived closer, but we do live close enough to return on a semi regular basis… which we will be doing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Cold Stone. After waiting in line for a long time, when it was finally my turn, the male server ignored me and asked the people behind me to order instead. At first, I thought maybe they were with the family in front of me, so I waited patiently. But then, when a female server came over, she also skipped me and went directly to the people behind me. Even when the customer behind me politely offered to let me go first, the server still didn’t acknowledge me or apologize, she simply continued with their order.

I felt completely overlooked and disrespected. I ended up leaving without ordering because arguing seemed pointless. I’m not sure why this happened, but as an Asian customer, I can’t help but wonder if that played a role. Either way, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I won’t be coming back.

Horrible customer service. Might be discriminatory against people of color . My black people don't come here. I watched this man treat a white family with respect and dignity and treated me horribly with my kids ! Very uncomfortable please do not support !

Coldstone is one of my favorite sweet treats. The customer service here is great and the ice cream is so delicious. Definitely a five star experience.

This is arguably the best ice cream shop in Suffolk County, and certainly the top Cold Stone location. The staff are exceptionally friendly and patient. I recently purchased an ice cream cake for an event, and when I encountered some issues with it the following day, the management team, specifically Azhar, handled the situation very professionally. He went above and beyond by providing a replacement cake upon our departure. Such attentive management fosters customer loyalty. The team demonstrates strong leadership, which contributes to a positive working environment. The location is clean and well-organized, and all items we ordered were fresh and presented carefully. I highly recommend this establishment.

Staff is very friendly and order is always correct with no issues. Normal few minute wait when there’s a line since everything is freshly made. Great experience always

Placed an order for 4 large sized ice creams i live 3 minutes away and when I came for pick up all the ice creams were completely melted literally pouring out of the sides of the cups.....

This is my first time trying cold stone in this location and the employees were so friendly and store looks so clean and the service is fast i got chocolate devotion which was really delicious. all tho the management was very good, must visit this place absolutely worth it.
